The battery had to be ordered. When I went back a few days later for it to be installed, he did it while I waited, for only $65. It's not an Apple battery, and I don't care at all. It's wonderful to have a fully functional phone again, that holds a significant charge all day, even when I've been using cellular for maps & Facebook. It was a pleasure doing business with Ali.

They always claim their credit card reader is broken (3 weeks), but thats not even a fraction of what they did to me. My iPad needed a new screen, and they said the mother board was shot. They tried to sell me an old one (iPad) in the showcase. When I walked out without buying it, leaving my old one for them to reassemble, they called me to say it was repaired. Wow , all of a sudden it was repairable. When we got there to pick it up (a week later), it wasn't even assembled and we waited 45 minutes. It sort of worked, but again "The Credit Card Machine was Broken" . We picked it up a week later with cash. The buttons don't work but at least I can recover my photos. It is somewhat useable. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! The word customer centric eludes the staff and there were no satisfying conversations that made you want to do anything but get out of this place.
