A store associate with brown bowl cut hair and glasses refused to take my phone in store. He suggested I put it in a ups drop box around the corner. I insisted that I wanted to return it to the store because I was worried the UPS box would not be picked up or my phone would be stolen. He refused again. Well ups and Verizon can't find the shipment for my phone and I now have to pay the $400 trade value out of pocket. Don't choose Verizon. Don't go to this store. The phone I returned was not properly removed from my account and the bill I received after a month was really high!
