Rude horrible customer service. Due to the fact of the treatment in the store, I will be closing my account and moving to Verizon. I may have been frustrated with my account and I explained that to the rep and he chose to escalate it and took it personal when all I wanted was help with my account.... to treat a customer as they did, why would anybody stay with T-Mobile if the local store is going to treat a customer that way? he sat there and acted like he had all the power in the world and was absolutely rude. Spoke over me cut me off mid sentence and then proceeded to tell me I had an attitude well yes I was frustrated and I asked for help multiple times he chose to, hold power over me the associate. read more

the actua service we received was good, but upon leaving the store we did not get what we promised. long story short, our bill SKYROCKETED after switching from our previous provider. they told us we'd get a free tablet line and they priced it as 20 per month additional. my bill will be 240 per month, ridiculou. read more

Oh my goodness I just love dealing with them they have the nicest staff and they're always willing to problem solve and help. My phone now functioned ugly and weird and I brought in they were able to get it working and they were able to help me make my claim right then and there they've always been super nice to me and super helpful. Love their store will always go back. read more

We went it and she said nothing, then after we said good morning, her response was "what do you need?" We were going in to upgrade our phones so that's what we told her. What she basically said was she'd just wait to upgrade that way she doesn't have to do the work and that way she can sit there and be lazy and eat her holiday breakfast burritos that were sitting on the counter. Wouldn't even pull up our account until we made her. Then still continued to tell us don't upgrade since the 12 is basically the same as the 14 or to just go to apple. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had from any place, not just a phone place. This location might as well get shut down

There are actually people on the other side that you can deal with right there and now. I was a usfamily.net customer for my email and internet for YEARS and then they joined up with Velocity. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom...if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.

While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. The very few times I've needed assistance, a live person is ready and willing and solves my issues quickly. Definitely worth the few dollars it costs me per year!

The woman at the desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. What a difference. She cleared up my billing issues. However, if I didn't require cable TV for my home, I would've canceled them long ago. Even though Comcast is moving into our area, they won't afford me a lower rate. In addition, due to a billing issue, they won't give me a refund. So I'm out over $100. Can't wait to quit this horrible company!

We did not have an option in Deephaven, MN - since we moved in during December, we've been averaging 10-20 hours of random down time a week. My wife and I both work from home, and it could not be more unbelievably frustrating (we have bad cell reception at our house, so 3-4 times a week I have to drive to a coffee shop or work from a parking lot because of this). Mediacom should owe all of us tens of thousands of dollars in lost time from all of their outages. It is hard to imagine there's a company that could maintain this level of downtime - that their network is so unreliable feels impossible. RUN the other way if you have any possible option to do so!
