I called about it and was given the reason that I was paying another partial month of service for the first week I had service on the bill. Okay. Whatever. Second month bill came, it was 71 dollars and some change this time. One dollar more. No explanation. Just pay it. We won't fix it, that's just how it is. Suck it up. Disconnected after less than 2 months of service. Those prices are lies. They'll charge you whatever they want and you have to pay it. Scammy company, period.

Now it says the collection agency is the contact and the agency in a condescending tone lectured me on how I just didn't understand that a final bill comes much later and I should understand that's how it works. I turned in the equipment to the office in town and the main company tried to bill me for the returned equipment(thank God I took pictures of the guy I returned it to because they refused to give me any paperwork proving I was giving it back, take pictures of everything to protect yourself). They say they have recorded every call but then can't find them when it proves them wrong. This company is as shady they come. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND KEEP YOUR RECORDS BECAUSE THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU YEARS LATER FOR THINGS YOU ALREADY PAID FOR.
