A shift leader came back to work and was so rude!!! Never said hello or anything. Well when she shouted at me I told her to please use her inside voice with me, we're all adults and we should speak to each other like adults and especially with respect. Well little did I know she was good friends with the district manager cisco, so this girl who always looked mad all of a sudden showed up to the store all happy and smiling talking to her friend (another co worker) in Spanish knowing idk Spanish. So suddenly her bestie cisco and HR Monica show up and fire me. Couldn't even give me a valid reason. NOT TO MENTION I didn't have credentials for almost 2 weeks and I had to ask her for them, we were told prior to keep track on a paper of our hours worked, WELL they never paid me for almost 2 weeks of work, they also fired and didn't pay 2 other employees. I have all my evidence of conversations with HR before HR & Jun the "owner" blocked me from contacting them, yet they still owe me money? THAN they proceed to tell staff that anyone getting fired, if we reach out to any employees they would lose their jobs!! How is this legal? Not to mention a worker told me when they closed for mandatory closing cause of covid-19 they were told NOT to apply for unemployment for the time the non essential business was closed or they would be terminated!!! ILLEGAL!!! also their cameras record sound, also illegal. I have reported them to BBB, human rights and contacted legal aid. Myself and the other 2 girls this also happened to are taking legal action. The district manager cisco made a statement that if we didn't "clock in" we wouldn't be paid. This was after I was told to work and write my hours down. But since the other district manager isn't there anymore she isn't there to "prove" we were there however I have all the evidence needed to prove HR was aware of me not having credentials and was unable to do so. Long story short DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They're crooked, scam people, myself and another staff found an ex employees check thrown in a box of phone cases, the employee knew the girl since she was there longer than me so she contacted her to pick her check up. THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL HER! they don't face and fix the problems they cause they just cut you off on a power trip and block you. They could've paid us and let us on our way and now it's resulted to all of this. So be aware! They own the locations in Clovis, portales AND Lubbock. I knew working for a private owned company we were "at-will" employees but NEVER thought I wouldn't be paid for the long 10 hour shifts I put in for almost 2 weeks. Also, I was told to do add ons to peoples accounts like $3 insurance etc without the customers knowing so it brings more money in. I have no problem being so open about this because they are 100% in the WRONG and they know they are!

We went into the store yesterday and were told that they can no longer help with that unless we bought phones from them. The guy did give us a phone number to call for tech support. When we returned home I found an e-mail welcoming us to their $25 a month HomeTech Protection Plan, which I had not ordered or authorized. I spent about an hour online and on the phone with ATT to have the plan removed from my account. It appears that this store is now a privately owned franchise, and has become shady. I would advise to steer clear of it, Walmart will treat you way better.

I called about it and was given the reason that I was paying another partial month of service for the first week I had service on the bill. Okay. Whatever. Second month bill came, it was 71 dollars and some change this time. One dollar more. No explanation. Just pay it. We won't fix it, that's just how it is. Suck it up. Disconnected after less than 2 months of service. Those prices are lies. They'll charge you whatever they want and you have to pay it. Scammy company, period.

After 2 years of leaving them I get a collection notice saying I owe them more money even though I had paid the bill in full at the time I got rid of their service. I tried calling the company but once you quit their service refuse to connect you with anything but a computer that demands payment. Now it says the collection agency is the contact and the agency in a condescending tone lectured me on how I just didn't understand that a final bill comes much later and I should understand that's how it works. I turned in the equipment to the office in town and the main company tried to bill me for the returned equipment(thank God I took pictures of the guy I returned it to because they refused to give me any paperwork proving I was giving it back, take pictures of everything to protect yourself). They say they have recorded every call but then can't find them when it proves them wrong. This company is as shady they come. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND KEEP YOUR RECORDS BECAUSE THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU YEARS LATER FOR THINGS YOU ALREADY PAID FOR.
