I had to change my credit card to pay my monthly bill on time and I was on hold for 20 minutes on the second call and trying to communicate with multiple bots. The first call never answered and disconnected. The company relies on off-shore people to answer the phone. That means lower prices (perhaps) but that no Americans can have jobs. I found a new provider and will go elsewhere. I'm proud to be an American and I have no problem supporting my country while T-Mobile offers bots and basically no service options!

Finally, one of the guys ahead of me asked a question and the verizon employee complained that he is working on his day off and he shouldn't even be there. Didn't even answer the guy's question. Nobody looked like they were in any hurry to take care of customers. The only guy actually serving customers was on the phone with other verizon employees getting help that he needed to help him support the customer that was sitting at his desk. I got up and left, and no one seemed to care.

So now I have to call Verizon again (had already called and they told me I could fix my plan in the store...). Rep was nice enough but told me that syncing my info to my phone was in-process when I left, everything was being downloaded from the cloud. When I got home a few hours later, none of that had happened and I spent the next few hours sorting it out. Also, none of their accessories were genuine Apple accessories, so I ended up going straight to the Apple store anyway. Either find a real Verizon store or get your phone straight from Apple to save the hassle.
