Whitney manages but all people know what they are doing. The guys that work are knowledgeable and I assume they don't enjoy coming to work. Both were a little cold but not rude and helpful... Whitney and the other lady got it done but would converse with you since once you walk in your usually committed to spending and hour or more... if you're going with AT&T this is a great place

I returned the phone on Sunday 7/14, it was just too big and got the Samsung S10 instead. Whitney did not get all my information set up so I made another trip to the store this evening got there at 6:43 PM and dealt with Taylor Washburn, he proceeded to tell me he WOULD NOT make take the time to transfer my photos and contacts due to the store closing at 7:00 PM, that there was not enough time. He told me I could come back at 10:00 in the morning! I was back in my car at 6:56 and was on the phone with AT&T to file a complaint which at this point has lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. They will gladly help me do it my self, that is not the customer service I expect for spending almost 1000.00 for a phone! I will be going back tomorrow ... to return the damn phone!
