Therefore, since this location represents XFINITY, and once service is established at this location, the revenue goes to XFINITY, I believe this rating is applicable...... Customer Service is Not Effective. --- As a long time customer, I have been with COMCAST/XFINITY from back in the time when we used a manually operated slide selector to select the channels; I believe this was 1987 and there were obviously not as many channels to select back then. -- As a long time customer, my observations and experiences reveal that XFINITY provides the bare minimum of customer support to their existing customers while focusing all efforts on securing new customers. -- I understand that times do change with respect to technologies, but customer support should never decline as result of improved technologies and company growth. -- History shows, that existing customers experience long wait times and are limited to communicating through AI Assistants that are non effective, provide generic or canned responses at best, and rarely connect the existing customer to a live agent. -- XFINITY may offer all the "bells and whistles" but with non effective customer service, these are just money wasted; XFINITY seems to have abandoned the basic principles of customer service in exchange for numbers/revenue.

I went in one afternoon with the intention of trading in my old phone for an upgrade. Unfortunately, the gentleman who approached me could not have been less interested in helping me. He rolled his eyes when I inquired if my phone had any trade-in value. When I asked about the differences in the plans for upgrades, he audible sighed and didn't answer my question. I should emphasize that the store was NOT at all crowded and there were no waiting customers. I left. Later my husband and I went back on another evening and found someone else to assist us. The friendliness factor was still desperately lacking. However, I was able to get questions answered and the associate did work to help make sure I was able to move all information from old phone to the new. While we were there, we observed a female employee working with other customers who was extremely friendly and courteous. I wish we could have been able to work with her.

Mention to Arian. Dillon. Julian. All worked like a cohesive team and got things done for me. I did not have to do anything. This kind of customer service is beyond exceptional. I wish the company would keep the same people as much as they can there instead of shuffling them around the metro. Other times I have had people who were not so good. All I can say is kudos guys.
