For the most part, they had no clue which surprised me since the Samsung Note 7 battery going on fire issue has been a big deal and required new phones to not be shipped and people like me who already have the phone to swap them out. The store in North Arlington I originally went to a few weeks ago to port my account from AT&T was awesome and if they didn't know the info on something went out of their way to get the info and made it work for me.
