T-Mobile has been a nightmare, trying to get download speed of over 3.2 & upload speed of 4.1. We have called to speak with their customer service support team & they keep telling us they'll fix it in 72 hours or less. We will receive a callback. No call back, we've been waiting for a fix for over a week since we have had to call back 3 different times. My payment is $50.00 less than with VZW but the service is horrible. Our text messages won't send, I can't upload anything to our phones, plus I can't even work from home to access my outlook. Don't buy into their BS. We are switching providers. read more

T mobile is a sh- show they charge for just about anything even if it's there fault. There stores and customer support services don't communicate at all so you will constantly be told different things concerning your issues. could have rated T-Mobile a zero it would have been a higher rating than they deserve. They lied about " no contracts" and play games rather than give service. They make you buy a charger block and cord with the free new phone rather than give you them with to you. When you "Buy" a free phone they say they give you....read the service contract... deception, games and lies. 8 months of service and they Never got my bill right, two hours on the phone every month to get the extra money they took out of my account. They give you a discount for signing up for auto pay ....DO NOT DO IT. T- Mobile is the biggest ripoff in my opinion. DON"T GO THERE! I have been a Sprint customer since 2003. Yes, there were some bugs during all those years. However, Sprint quickly and graciously took care of my husband's and my issues. We happily continued with them, found their coverage to be good, and always felt we were getting an excellent value for the product and service. With the merger with T-Mobile, ALL has changed. Our phones no longer operate correctly, we are getting poor service, and voice mail on my husband's iPhone is nonexistent. We have spent multiple days and too many hours, across several months, trying to resolve all our issues due to the merger. Tech support cannot correct the issues, customer support is horrendous, promises to call my husband and I on specific dates & times never happen, and they are unwilling to make any concessions to keep a long-time customer happy. After 18 years with Sprint, we are moving on. read more

Went in for new service, was told they had good coverage. Got home and virtually zero signal just 10 miles west of fargo. Less than 24 hours later, went back in to cancel service. When signing up, was promised we could get a refund if the service didn't work. That was back in march. Still no refunds after hours of sitting on the phone. Also found out t-mobile has been shutting down sprint tower, so their coverage map is misleading, at best. So, the story on 45th st not only lies about refunds, they lie about coverage. I would highly suggest not going to this location. read more
