This has been my first experience with Spectrum that was not over the phone. Although Im disappointed, I am all the more suprised at my experience today the customer service I received over the phone when paying to set up my wifi and mobile plan was just wonderful. So imagine my suprise at the first thing I see is a man being yelled at by worker for having to grab change out of his car. The worker then accosted him "hurry up " hurry up" we closed ten minutss ago which was a lie. And i didn't even get seen for my problem not even asked what it was. I asked about buying a new phone they made something up about systems being down and told me to get out woth the same warm greeting they gave the man before me. This was a sorry excuse for customer service the was nothing helpful not understanding about the two workers here. This is a terrible Spectrum location amd sorry for those in the future like me who will have the sour luck of this being the first moblie Spectrum that have an experience with. read more

Went in the store for an issue. I waited for a few minutes for someone to help me. There were 2 doing nothing! One finally started to help me and tool my name. I told him what I needed and he called another person i er to help me because he needed to go to his car. The other employee could jot help me so I waited fir the man to come back in. When he came in, he went into the back of the store and I still sat waiting. After about 5 more minutes of waiting, I left and had to go to another town to get service. Never again will I deal with T Mobile in Goldsboro!! read more

Much of the merchandise IS either close-out or irregulars, so keep that in mind as you shop. I bought two comforter sets for $12.99 each. One is still in great shape while the second's color completely washed out after one wash and left it as faded as if I'd left it hanging on the clothesline for six months. HOWEVER! This wasn't a big deal since I just wanted something for my bed that the pets could crawl over and save my good bedspread for company. Anyway, moving right along. I got some great Cannon bath towels for only $4.99 each, several pairs of Wrangler men's jeans for $11.99 per pair, and they're still looking as good as the day I bought them four months later. This is a great little place to browse and look for deals. Who doesn't like to save $$?
