I called for a quote on getting a new battery for my iPhone SE and the guy kept asking if it was a "5se". I said, "it's an SE." So he said, "But is it a 5se?" Again, I said it's just an SE." He said, "Either way, it's $55 plus tax," so apparently it didn't matter if it was a 5se which doesn't exist. I googled to make sure and told him there was no 5Se according to Apple. He said, "Yeah there is, I'm working on one now, don't tell me how to do my job." I'm taking my phone to someone who is friendlier and knows more about iPhones. read more

I have been to the twice. My 11 pro max was fixed and the new screen came off. He blamed it on the otter box and charged me more to fix. I got a new screen and dropped my phone 3 feet with an otter box on it and now it's cracked again. Not worth the money. The screens they but are cheap. Im done read more

I feel like I was charged for work they didn't do and this is why. I requested my screen display be changed due to me opening my phone and trying to fix it I broke the sensor and before that issue I lost the ability to see from my front facing camera and I also could no longer hear from the earphone I could only talk on speaker or headphones keep in mind this was before me trying to fix myself once I broke it I took it to this place to be repaired. I pick up the phone and get it home to check it out on WiFi only to find out it still has the same problem I took it in For. Why didn't I check before leaving because it has no service this was repaired only to get old pictures and give to my nephew to use as iPod. So I call back to the shot and it's not the guy I did business with It's a new guy and he get smart with me right off I'm like where is the guy that I had business with he's gone but I know and it's probably something else or you got a bad part and why didn't you check before leaving just rude and nasty of course I believe in giving what's given so I let him know a few things and I head back up and request it be fixed or a refund it ended up working properly but I feel if it was the one 20.00 part that fixed and I wanted to know why I still need my screen replaced because it wasn't cracked he says oh yeah we tried to use your screen first but it was unresponsive so we had to change it huh at this point I'm regretting taking my phone to this place. They are liars and I think m they took my battery out to swapped it with a dead one because we he first called himself fixing it and I get it home to check I charged and updated it and the battery was on 100% after I take it home from the second time to setup for my nephew the battery jumped from 100 to 15 in less than a minute. Now I'm taking it to apple to get a replacement battery and they better tell me it was my original battery or I'll be back to this shot to raise hell. I will never do business or recommend this place. The service and worker can't be trusted I've learned and yes I have apple care on my iPhone X this was for the iPhone 6s to be used as an iPod no need to go to apple for that. BEWARE read more

I would not recommend they replaced battery in my phone still didn't hold a charge like it should and he said it would, after I picked up my phone I could not hear through earpiece, took it back they said it wasn't their fault but fixed it, the next day I wanted to take a screenshot and the power button would not work, again carried it back they denied again that they caused it, ot was all working when it was taken in. So in short I threw away 70.00 on a battery and three trips to goldsboro and it was still screwed up. read more

I bought a battery for an Apple iPhone 4S from here at 2 or 3 times the price I could have bought it for online. No complaints here, I needed it right away. It was very easy to install in the phone because I have always worked on my own electronics and had all the right tools for the job. When I turned the phone on, all I got was an apple logo turning on and off. Online, it said this is cause by either a defective battery or if it is not seated properly. I opened it back up, rechecked everything, but still got the same thing. When I took the battery back out to put the old one back in, I noticed that a piece of the connector had separated from the battery. I carefully took it out and put it in the bag to return with the battery. When I put the old battery back in, the phone worked just fine (this battery is just old and doesn't hold a charge for as long as it should). I was not in any way rough with the battery during installation; I handled everything delicately. I brought the battery back the next day for a refund or replacement. The same man that I bought the battery from served me. He was very rude and said that there was nothing he could do because the battery was intact when he sold it to me. He didn't offer to send it back to his supplier as a defective battery, refund my money, or anything else. Just a flat, "there's nothing I can do." I told him that I had been very careful and gentle with it and didn't feel that it should have separated like that and all he said was, "Well Ma'am, it was intact when I sold it to you, was it not?" Worst customer service I have EVER received anywhere. I will NEVER go back to this place! If I had purchased a defective battery online, I would have just sent it back for a replacement and I know I would not have had a problem. Live and learn. read more

My experience was horrible, I dropped my phone off on a Friday and was told that my phone would be ready that next Monday or Tuesday. I went in there that next Monday and was told that the part would be in on Wednesday or Thursday and that I was given a really good discount because they only charged me for the price of the phone. Which is really irrelevant to me, because it felt like they were trying to say they were doing me a favor.I went in there on that Thursday to get my phone and was told that there was a problem with the part and its saying it wouldn't be there until Saturday. I call up there on Saturday when they opened that morning and was told that they had an a "fire" in the store and that they would be leaving early, plus their shipments didn't come in until about 2. I called back up there around 1 and got no answer, which I assumed is because they left for the day. Today is Monday and I called the store and was told that they would have my phone finished by 3pm. I go up there around 2:45 to see the guy that is supposed to be fixing my phone walking out with his girlfriend as he is telling me that my phone should be ready by the time they close today. I will be going back to the store to wait on my phone because this is ridiculous. It has been over a week from the original date that I was told I would get my phone and I am really upset by the service I have been receiving. The only reason I went with them is because when I paid for my phone two Fridays ago I was told I would have it that Monday. If I would've known it was going to take this long and I would be getting the run around I would've just filed an insurance claim. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER! read more
