The short version of this story is; this place is trash…read more I walked in looking to comb through options with interest in both upgrading a phone and phone plan. The associate Andrea that "greeted" me seemed to be disturb by my request for assistance from the very beginning as she leaned across the counter unwilling to even stand up and properly hold a conversation with me. She then proceeded to tell me "just upgrade it on the app" instead of offering to assist with my needs. There was a young lady who was also busy with a client who interjected that they wouldn't mind assisting, which i appreciated but at that point the damage was done.

Like to wait for someone to come to service you, I went in on a Sunday at open and waited 15 minutes while the staff gossiped. Like for them to say you have no choice in the matter but to do what they say, I even stated that I will cancel service and their response was go ahead we will not cancel your service.
