If I could give 0 stars or take stars away from their current 1.5 star rating I would! My wife and I went in this afternoon to add her phone to my plan and inquire about possibly buying a new phone. As we were waiting, one of the associates asked "What brings you in today?". We briefly explained why we were there and another associate said "Just do it on the app" which the first associate who greeted us agreed with her. My wife then asked "even to buy a phone?", both associates said yes and to do it ourselves through the app. I then asked why there are even employees if you're telling customers to do your job for you? I then state that they are the ones that work for T-Mobile and we do not, We are customers, not employees. Bottom line is that this whole interaction was confusing and very unprofessional, I would NOT recommend ANYONE visit this location for assistance, you will just be wasting your time. Go to either an actual T-Mobile store or call T-Mobile customer care and avoid this and any other "Authorized Retailer" as a whole. read more

I went there to get an idea of what the cost would be to switch to them from another carrier. something didn't seem right in the math they presented so I walked away and did more research. I went to the ACTUAL T-Mobile store instead of this third party retailer and was blown away at the inaccuracies in the original quotes and details the first store gave me. I went into the T-Mobile store to report the issue I was experiencing. The T-Mobile team was on the phone verifying insurance steps, and ultimately, I walked out the door extremely satisfied. We bought phones and switched in this store. We have had nothing but issues due to them not being a corporate store and the manager being hateful. They told us we were getting I phone 14s and we were given I phone 8s. The bill is so messed up even the 800 number can't figure it out. We have had nothing but issues since we started. read more

Please be very careful or avoid if financially possible going to the T-mobile store in Hinesville next to Starbucks and jersey mikes. The sales representative put free tablets we were supposed to receive on my account for buying new iPhones and kept one of the tablets for himself. I found this out because i was only allowed the free tablet if I pulled our current tablet line off. When I called in and the rep asked me which of the three I needed to cancel. We found not only did he add himself a tablet but the free speakers we were also supposed to receive were actually put on our account to be paid off monthly. He also said that with our new iPhones was a promo that a screen shield and case would be $37 but was also put on our account at full price of $95 to be paid off monthly. He told us out of pocket the iPhones would be about $40 and the $37 dollars so he made our taxes for all the items come out to roughly $160 so I trusted what he did with our account and just signed( I was distracted by keeping my toddlers entertained during this 2 hr process). Now there's a fraud investigation because our paperwork doesn't have anything about tablets on them and he left some items off in order to kept our out of store total at $160. I wanted to share this so this doesn't happen to anyone else. He also mentioned he has 5 of those speakers to create surround sound in his house so it safe to assume we aren't the only family that got taken advantage of. He also didn't offer my speaker when we decided to go with two iphones, I had to ask and he seemed annoyed that I asked for my free item. It hurts that I have to write this review because I love t mobile but the customer service with the women at this location is horrible. I only came in for a understanding from the miscommunication I was receiving and I was treated like I was dumb and just talking outta my butt. Rolled eyes , side comments , profanity, this is not the t mobile I know and love . They also lie to customers just for a sale . I feel sorry for the male employees that work here . This store is so unprofessional and unorganized. I've been here two days in a row trying to upgrade our phones. Both times I waited a while and they helped customers that came after me knowing that I was still waiting. 1st day I got tired of standing so I went and sat in the benches that they have in the back....they still managed to ignore me and help other people. So I said I guess I'll come another day. Next day, same thing happened but I stood in the front. I will not be back here. So a few weeks back we came in the store for a inquiry on insurance for a phone well two of the employees made fun of the phone we had and we had all intentions on a new purchase but guess what you lost that sell ma'am.. then I'm in the store today and one of the managers is ignoring us because we chose to not have the same employee who laughed at the fone help us...in my opinion these workers need a class in customer service and who ever is the area supervisor should clean house read more

OMG! Can a manager get any more useless? I introduced myself as a new customer of about a month. I was having problems uploading documents regarding my lease agreements from my previous carrier that T Mobile promised to reinburse. I explained that after seven hours on the phone the day before the consensus was I should go back to the store that sold me the service and ask them to help upload the documents that had somehow got "lost" after uploading them five weeks before. The store was empty of any other customers so several employees were available. The manager explained to me that she was not obligated to help me no matter if the request was coming from the help line, or from me right in front of her face. The store where she worked on Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville, Georgia was a franchise so the corporate help desk can't boss her around and she didn't seem concerned that I still owed my previous carrier over $850. I don't know if she was angry I was a disabled veteran, I was a new customer, or maybe because I was retirement age. She DID offer to give me the district manager's name though and wrote the name "Jose" on a peice of paper and handed it to me. To be fair, she said I could wait for over two hours for the employee who sold me the policy because he was scheduled to work in the upcoming afternoon. Following the bosses lead, other employees watching the bizzare proceedings did nothing to volunteer to help either. I think veterans, or extra work, must have scared them too! Avoid THIS location! Avoid believing T Mobile will deliver any help as you navigate their scam promotions. read more
