I have been using this location to return Amazon packages for some time. It's really hit or miss whether or not you'll have a worker that's nice and/or willing to help you. I don't know what it is about the UPS Store lately, including this location but the employees are all so angry and barely willing to acknowledge you let alone assist you. It's extremely aggravating. It feels like an entirely different world whenever you go into a UPS store anymore. Edited to say it's not just this time of year as the management and/or franchise owner(s) will respond. It's been like this since we started going to this location next to Publix in October 2021. It's not gotten better or worse, just consistently unfriendly for the past year +. The location we used in Herriman Utah was the same way. We've been using the UPS drivers and paying for the pick up just to avoid going to the UPS stores. Also, one of my Amazon returns has gone missing from this specific location and I've been charged for it by Amazon. This UPS store is ZERO help with that. read more

Good customer service these days is hard to come by. People are more likely to go out of their way to leave a bad review than they are to remember to leave a good review. So I do my best to give credit where credit is due. Any time I have visited this store I have been greeted with a smile and welcome. (Something you will never receive at the post office or FedEx.) The associates always recommend the best options for my printing or packaging needs. I've even seen the franchisee working several times which is always a good sign as he is really friendly and helpful. If you don't see a service listed you are looking for, just ask Patrick. He is willing to work with you and may be able to come up with an alternative solution. I will continue to use this store! read more

I've used this location dozens of times, mostly for Amazon returns, but for other shipping needs as well. Always friendly staff and clean appearance. They do have plexiglass and staff wears their masks. read more

I just left this store the customer service rep his name is Jake he is the most polite the nicest person I've ever met working at UPS . I will come back here just to have him take care of me great job in hiring this man. read more

I came in to return something. It was already packaged in a box with a prepaid return label. The man at the counter said I needed to put it inside another box and that it would be $15 for a medium box and "packaging" which is ridiculous. It's insane what companies do now a days. I will taking my business somewhere else read more

I've had no issues with this location...I've been using it ever since it opened...sometimes the energy you take in the door is the energy you get back...I've never had issues with returns.. and I always keep my receipts.. just in case there is one... read more

The girl that normally works NEVER wears a mask or wears it around her mouth. COVID is real. She leans over the counter to speak and there is no plexi-shield. The store is entirely too small for this type of negligent behavior. This is unacceptable. She needs to wear a mask and wear it correctly. read more
