We don't experience this very often nowadays and I would give 9 million stars, if I could. I was greeted by a gentleman, as soon as I approached the counter. After less than a minute, he was already on the shop floor explaining about the variety of Androids he had for sale. I was looking for a phone and, being one of those annoying customers who don't understand a thing about those products, I felt so looked after by this incredibly kind man. He was pointing at different phones, prices and highlighting the features of each product. As if this was not already good enough, I mentioned I had an issue with my phone an he said immediately he could have a look at it. After calling VIRGIN 9 times asking for help, I was sure nobody else would be able to sort out the issue. How astonished I was, when he gave me my phone back and everything was up and running. He did (in a matter of minutes), what nobody could do in days. An absolute legend ! I do not know if he is the Manager there, but his name is Jonathan and I am extremely grateful for his assistance and for his fantastic customer service. Such an asset to team !!!! I bought a Nokia phone with a Virgin SIM after the clerk told me that it was unlockable at CeX. Thinking that I could unlock the phone with CeX, I went ahead and purchased the phone. Only to find out later that CeX DOES NOT unlock this type of phone. Now I am stuck with a phone that I cannot even use. On top of that, they took the SIM card back so I'm stuck without that as well. I went back for two days in a row to try and fix the situation. Finally, I decided to go to some local phone shops just to get a proper explanation. They were quick to let me know.... I got a a raw deal and that only a fool would buy a phone like that. This has left me emotionally distraught as I can't get in touch with my family. However, in this Ealing branch, the customer service could maybe be improved. Sometimes, the staff are really knowledgeable, but at other times, they can be frustratingly unhelpful. I went in to get my phone fixed on warranty and they were so slow- I was referred to about 4 different people, who eventually led me back to the customer service desk I originally started off at. Overall, I would still come here again, but with some trepidation.
