This store is not only friendly, helpful, and full of customer service we could only dream of here in America (where I live), they also helped me out as a tourist during a personal crisis (I was locked out of my house), and I literally did not know where else to go. I know how crazy this sounds, but I'm forever indebted to this store and the people that work there! Next time I'm in London, I'll be sure to visit and bring some more thank you pastries as they deserve them. I basically knew the plan and phone I wanted and let him know as much. He took care of everything else, made polite chit chat and 25 minutes later I was out the door with a ready-to-use, fully functional, United Kingdown iphone5. Denzel, thank you. For restoring not only my street cred...but my faith in any telecommunications company in this country. Well done, sir...well done! This branch obviously gets a bit nuts, but not overly so. It's just far enough away from the station to not be insane. The sales people I encountered were all very pleasant and were dealing with the group of children TOUCHING every phone pretty well. Better than I would've. *24 month contract scores you a free 16GB iphone5. I had to put down a 100GBP deposit due to my just relocating here and not having much history, but I will get that back after 6 payments. It's about 47GBP/month. *Euro traveller (main reason I went with Vfone): 3GBP/day that you are in the Eurozone allows you to use all of your internet, text and phone calling from your normal plan. After shopping up and down Camden High Street, Lee helped me find the right phone at the right price point, set it up, and away we went. I needed a tweak the next day, and his colleague managed to fix the issue, but was perfectly willing to do an exchange. In a very competitive market, these guys have good phones good prices and good service. Go there.

I bought an iphone 4 from this shop aka 'Deon Electronics' for £130.00 on 28/09/14. The flash never…read moreworked and when I returned it, the owner told me that I had got it wet and that was not included in the guarantee. I was very upset because I had bought the phone in good faith and certainly never exposed it to water. Eventually the owner sent it off for fixing, charging me £4.99 for a sim card adapter I needed to use another phone while mine was away. When they got it back, they repeated to me that it was my fault, denied any responsibility, claiming that their phones went to apple for restoration before being sold. They gave me my phone back because we were having a row in front of other customers and it was clearly bad for business. The phone worked for six months and then packed up. I have had to buy another phone elsewhere. I will never set foot in that shop again and advise others to steer well clear. I would give 0 out of 5 stars for this 'business' but the rating won't work if I do!
