Very impressed! My husband and I came in to see what promotions were available, desperately wanting to get rid of the terrible service and phone we had with Sprint!! We were helped by Gio and he went above and beyond to ensure we walked away happy and with phones we loved. His memorable customer service and knowledge of the services provided and cost breakdown/ guarantee took away any doubt we had about our decision to switch to T-Mobile. After several months we have yet to have any issues with the bill or service and would recommend this store to anyone with doubts (or Sprint)! read more

Probably one of the worst t-mobile customer service i've ever been in. I couldn't tell if he was new but almost every question we asked, he couldn't give us a straight answer. You can tell he was both lousy and lazy. The manager knew what he was doing but the way he talked to his staff was totally inappropriate and weird . It totally made me uncomfortable. read more

Well overall I still like the place the employees are still pretty good but I had a bad incident involving the store manager. A few weeks ago I came in because I was having an issue with all the iPhones on my plan not being able to send iMessages, or FaceTime when off of wifi. I tried calling the T-Mobile 800 number but they told me to call Apple saying it was a problem with my phone, which clearly it was not because it was happening on all the iPhones on my plan that were working one day but not the next. So I decided to come to this store for some help. The girl that helped me was very helpful tried replacing the sim card, and a few other steps that didn't work so she went to the store manager for some help. Well after he looked at my phone for a little bit he told her to tell me that I should just turn off the iMessages and send only texts since it was not working with my phone. I asked her what about FaceTime and she said yeah you can't use that either unless your on wifi. Thanks buddy for the help, and he could not even tell me directly he had her come back over to me and relay the information. Turns out it was an issue with the T-Mobile network because a few days later all of our iPhones started working normally again. I still like the workers here and I will probably come back to this location because of them, but the store manager is either lazy or an idiot or a combination of both so stay away from any dealings with him. read more

I went to upgrade my iphone and the lady did she didnt give me a print out but took a picture of the order on my phone. I took a vacation to Sacramento and accidentally forgot my phone there so I went back to Tmobile Greatmall asking for a sim card since I have another unlocked phone that I can use. The Manager was not helpful at all he didnt give me a sim card. And in regards to my order of the new phone I was told by the lady it will come 2nd week of November I checked the activity on my account it said the phone had shipped Nov 9 I have not receive any so I called CS and was told that they order was cancelled for the reason that there was no e-sign on it. It was the lady fault as she didnt let me sign. I am disappointed for waiting for nothing I end up ordering online and have to wait again till Feb 8, 2021. The Tmobile Greatmall is not a good store to go to they are unhelpful incuding the Manager as well. POOR RATING !!!! read more

Can't always say my cell company experiences have been great. However, Carmi and Gino at T-Mobile where great!. Could not have asked for more. They provided great information and helped my family to select the correct phones and plan for us. This involved several visits and lots of questions. They were both extremely friendly and helpful throughout the 2 week process. We switched from Verizon and are very happy with the T-mobile so far and our devices. They know their stuff and provided honest answers to our questions. As I said, I was skeptical at first but it felt as if were buying from friends, not sales associates. read more

@Manny did such an amazing job helping us out. Me and my friend just had a question about our phone service. We noticed that our phones were really slow and we weren't sure why so we went T-Mobile. Manny was able to clearly explain to us what the issue was and how we would be able to resolve it. He was super friendly and joked around with us which made us feel more comfortable with our experience there. He took the time to answer each of our questions and was such a great help. Opposed to previous reviews, we had a pleasant experience in this store. We went to this store few months ago to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. As we went, we were greeted and attended immediately, everyone seemed pleasant. Carmi Reyes helped us with our transition step by step. She was very helpful, informative, and time efficient throughout the entire transition. We had a good deal and never had any problems since we switched. Every time I have a problem with my account, I go to a tmobile store, and I end up having a bigger problem after I leave the store. Well... this store ain't different. The employees are very polite and they are trying to be helpful, however, their incompetence is socking every single time. Mistakes over mistakes, incorrect information, you name it they do it wrong. Today I visited this store once again, with the following problem: I was being overcharged for the past 3 months and every month I would go to the store and ask them why, and they would give me a different reason every time. They were telling me that I would be refunded the following month. Well that never happened. Thankfully, an employee named "Mo" helped me out this morning, and he gave me a final solution to a 3month problem within 5 minutes. He got me a refund for the past 3 months, and corrected the mistake for the following months. So the 4 stars go to Mo, and the 1 missing star goes to the incompetent tmobile employees. read more

I visited the store about a year ago to take advantage of one of T-Mobile's great Buy One Get One free promotions. One of the first things they did was "help" me unnecessarily and incorrectly cancel my number (not just my service, my actual phone number). Fortunately they have very kind national customer service and they recovered the number I've had since 7th grade. My main complaint lies in how the equipment insurance policy I purchased was described to me. The sales rep left out the fact that there is a $175 deductible if there is any physical damage to the device. The rep also failed to disclose that I would receive a refurbished phone, not a new phone, should I attempt to get a replacement phone under either the warranty or insurance. Both the deductible and refurbished exchange would have been red flags had they been mentioned to me. While I am an idiot for believing the salesperson and not reading through the policy, my experience would have been much better with an honest representative. I found out these two fun facts when my phone died while still under the manufacturer's warranty. Please make sure you get it in writing from this store. read more

Usually when I come to T-mobile to upgrade my phone it takes almost 2 hours. Today however came out to be quicker than I thought it would be. Thanks to Francisco for all his help. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be more than satisfied with my visit. Matter of fact I wasn't even planning to write a review at all. If it wasn't for him I probably would've stayed there longer than an hour. Whatever concerns we had he did the best he could to fix it and also gave us the best possible deal he could provide. This review is solely for the sales associate Alicia. I came in to the store yesterday because sprint had pissed me off and was such a horrible service but that's another review all on its own. So I came into the store to come back to T Mobile because its what i had, had previously before sprint and Alicia made my experience the best I've ever had with any phone service. When I had T Mobile I had come to talk to her a couple of times before so I went to her because I was already a little bit comfortable with her. When I got to the store she immediately greeted me and asked how she could help me and when I told her I wanted to come back to tmobile she even offered different phones to me which is a lot more than other associates do. A lot of times they ask you what phone you want and if you don't know they kind of trying to get you to buy the most expensive phone that they have that just came out. She suggested a phone that was a little cheaper then the other ones that just came out but she said that the phone was really great lot of people like that so I got that phone and I'm honestly in love with it. The whole time that she was helping me she was keeping up a conversation with me let me know what she was doing and why it was taking a little bit more time even when customers were walking in the store she would be greeting them, telling them she'd be right with them. I feel she was the only one that greeted anyone even when there were a couple of other employees standing around just chatting it felt like they were more concerned about their conversation then the customers. I feel wherever she learned her customer service skills anyone who deals in a customer service company needs to go because she was absolutely amazing. She genuinely seems like she enjoyed her job and she was happy to be at work and it that made me feel better and we're excited about being in the store buying a phone. I would definitely recommend if you want to switch to T Mobile or if you have T Mobile, to go to this store and speak and deal with Alicia, you won't regret it. If you read this Alicia thank you so much for being such a great sales associate. You are such a great asset to the tmobile company and they should be very lucky to have you as part of their team. read more

I found the sales person at this particular location very deceiving, the only goal is to sell you a phone with a plan and whatever extra insurances you can possibly buy. You really can't trust them and do your own research before you walk in the store. Customer service is the worse here, all they care about is you bought their product and they got the commission. Don't waste time going back to the store asking for service, they will refer you to go online or call customer service -611. Bottom line- Useless sales rep need to be re- trained on customer service. read more

Really enjoyed how they took their time to help us out! Even when my family was very indecisive about whether or not we should switch over to T-mobile they let us take our time and carefully explained the plans and compared the prices for us. We used to share 4G of data between 3 people when we used to have sprint and now we have unlimited everything and STILL pay less than what we used to at sprint. My family waited almost 3 hours to get our phones activated! Staff is untrained and very unprofessional! I see them goofing off and playing phone games while the store was extremely busy. I had to kindly asked the store's team lead to put his phone down when he was helping us (he was playing fruit ninja -_-). I've been with Verizon for way too many years. I walked in here Friday night and Semaj was the associate who helped me out. He just broke down cost and benefits that are offered by T-mobile and I was sold. He was very professional and made the process as easy as possible for my family to switch over. I don't think I've ever had a better experience at a cell phone retailer. I had to come back today (Sunday) to finish up the reimbursements and accessories and we were in and out so quickly. It's because he had everything ready when we walked in. His coworker helped with my brother's Samsung galaxy s7 reimbursement and she was just as nice as Semaj. Come to think of it, all the associates at this location were nice and helpful. Even though I wasn't their customer, they gave advice on some of the accessories. Manny from this particular store in Great Mall explained in detail on the pros and cons if we chose different options. He even helped us to get area code 408- for the two additional lines we added. I am here right now( 22Sep15 ) (night) and there is only 2 of them working and Marco Cruz (the worker) list our name for us to wait and we waited for 1 hr and never eat dinner. We are planning to buy iPhone 5s because we really need badly and he said there is no stock and we want to buy another phone and he said no stock again and everything in the display is not available. which is impossible.
