Going here tonight was the worst experience I've ever had in a cellphone store and I've been in a lot of cellphone stores. I purchased one of the phones on my plan here and felt rushed like I was taking up their "valuable" time. Tonight, I tried to get someone to put on a screen protector that I bought from Amazon because they didn't have one when I bought my S8. I guess because it's already dated because the S9 came out a little while ago. Not only did the manager not listen when I told him that I'm a disabled veteran, but he wouldn't even listen when I tried to tell him that I don't have full mobility in my fingers. He said something about he wasn't insured for putting on screen protectors? After not listening, he rushed me out of "his" store. Don't ever go here. They just don't act like they care if it's not something that they want to do. By the way, I went to the tmobile store on Rt.38 and they listened and put it on without any imperfections. I just had to get back in my car and drive 5 more minutes! read more
