I was then told to buy the cheaper phone without her asking me how I use my phone. She said to buy the 399.00 phone instead of the 599.00 one , its a 300.00 difference she said, poor gal can't do basic math. I was on the phone for over an hour asking about the line connection fee and was told it would be noted on my account to just to let salesperson know, which I did. She told me I needed an app which I am unable to download and basically was told nothing they can do. Another associate jumped in rudely, they didn't even try, as I was walking out, one said sarcastically have a nice day or something like that. Never again will I go to this store!

I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked.
