CassComm provided that and more. We've had then for a few years now, and their services are everything we asked for; reliable, fast, affordable, consistent, quick and professional customer service. They are always ready to answer phones to resolve any billing/service issues, and answer questions on their social media. Their field techs/linemen are some of the toughest and most skilled in the state, and respond just as fast if not faster than our electric providers during power outages regardless of the harsh weather conditions. I am now getting statements with them wanting me to pay $140 because I didn't bring back the OLD MODEM! They're trying to say that their workers don't take equipment with them but that's exactly what they did. Mediacom is the worst company ever. I'm so glad I switch to ImOn for my internet service.

They're refusing to refund me. I was not told or shown anything regarding this during installation. I have been paying via auto-pay and honestly just trusted that my bill was accurate. Very poor customer service in this regard. I will be switching my provider and looking into small-claims court. Extremely disappointing since I grew up with this company. Apparently it's gone downhill without Frances then JR. Also, I've never had great experience with their internet quality. I know some have, however. Most expensive internet in the area with marginally better service.
