Here I am on the road long way from my regular Verizon dealer and something happens to my notebook. it's a Samsung note 4 that I got through Verizon but it just wouldn't reboot. remember I'm staying in a hotel so I get up the next day check out for the nearest Verizon dealer and cruise in to see these guys. Yhere were two staff there and they were absolutely outstanding and figured out a code that they could do to reboot and once it was rebooted everything was fine. the thing to remember is it's a safe environment the staff are concerned about the covid-19 implications and they know their phones, and they're willing to help you. if I needed a phone I would go there just because of that kind of service.

The full fix was going to take days cause they'd have to gut the whole phone and on the phone this was never mentioned. I was told that because i also had a battery put in (which was aftermarket and had information smudged off of it in two places i noticed) that i would only be refunded $140 of $180. Sure you put in a new battery, but i cant really use it..i'm sending it to insurance (Which will cost me $200 deductible ). so i can have i truly fixed phone. I wish i could give a better review, but they weren't going to help me until i gave a negative one (initial offer was only %15 another 139 charge). And i'm still out $40 and right back where i was before. The initial person looking at my phone apparently thought the bend in the phone wouldn't effect another screen as it had the last. The actual technician seemed very knowledgeable. All in all unfortunate, but a huge hassle.

Absolute waste of money. Their student discount, is abysmal, and the service is just so bad. More things are broken getting my device back, than what was originally needing to be repaired. I recommend looking at another repair shop and staying away from this one as much as possible. Spend your money on a better service, and for those who actually deserve it.

I explained the sitution to the them and they tested it and found out that equipment they use is faulty as my screen was missing a crucial piece. They gave me the option of a full refund but only if they reattached my broken macbook screen making my laptop useless which I couldn't afford as a student or a partial refund and a promise that they will put in an order for this piece and put it in free of charge when it arrives. Reluctantly I agreed still having hope that they would fix my macbook. Over a year passed and finally they told me that they can't get this extra piece and to basically give up on calling and emailing us asking for updates. Please do not get macbooks fixed with these people they are incompetent and clearly use cheap counterfeit machinery. My macbook battery life has been wrecked because of this nuisance.
