I brought it back to them to get the bottom screen fixed, and after I got it, while it senses taps, the touches are never in the right place, even with me calibrating it multiple times. Absolute waste of money. Their student discount, is abysmal, and the service is just so bad. More things are broken getting my device back, than what was originally needing to be repaired. I recommend looking at another repair shop and staying away from this one as much as possible. Spend your money on a better service, and for those who actually deserve it.

Tom came out to replace my phone screen and we discovered that the back glass was also damaged. He…read morereplaced the screen, and we made arrangements to replace the back after a replacement was ordered. After the back arrived a couple days later, he reached out and made an appointment. He actually showed up on a Saturday morning to make the second repair. Both times he came to my house. He completed the repairs in just a few minutes. His communication was excellent and I felt that the cost was very reasonable, especially for both repairs being a house call. I highly recommend him for repairs! The first repair was under the insurance on my phone as he does repairs in my area under Asurion. The second repair was out of pocket as it wasn't covered. It was a huge savings over the about $250 to replace my phone. Also, I didn't have to drive anywhere and drop my phone off, plus I didn't have to go through all the time and hassle of moving all my data and settings into a new phone.

When I picked up computer I paid the bill, took the computer and left without testing it. Big mistake. When I got home and turned it on there was no keypad or cursor when I was in Windows. I took it back and was told that it was missing the driver and they hadn't been able to find it. I gave them the email and number of the company that manufactured the computer which has the drivers on its website. Today, I called to check status and was told no one had gotten back them. I asked them if they were going to be able to get it working and the guy I was talking to started going on making excuses and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I asked him why he had not simply called the company to get the info. He said the phone call would be too expensive since it was a Chinese number. I told him I had an internet phone with low rates and that he could use it to call. I also told him I was disappointed that they have given back the computer and charged me for installing Windows when he knew it was not fully functional. The owner's response was terrible. He told me it was my fault for buying a "cheap" computer from overseas and that I was lucky he didn't charge me for the 12-13 hours they had into it. I guess that he had forgotten that I had the original receipt that showed substantially less time. Not my idea of customer service. Caveat emptor.
