Don't go to this store, they promised a lot of things to you and as soon as you are guessing to get the credit, discount, gift cards or whatever they offer to you, they don't give any or just give part of the things that they offered and the manager Kyle, kil , kile whatever is his name he don't help and he just don't want to answer for the things that their employees offered to the customers! You can go 20 times to the store, and deal with the managers, and sales person, they never know what they are doing, and I'm not the only one I saw a girl one day there and they were playing her, cause she can barely speak the language, and they were just adding stuff to her account to maximize their sales and comission, bad business practice, T-Mobile needs to intervene this store asap or will loose a lot of customers. read more

In an industry where there is no customer service, little difference in price and everyone has the same exact equipment options, how do you choose a carrier. This is my second time in this store and what's more aggravating as one of the specialists is on a personal phone call tell you to wait? All I needed was a chord and plug, but the whole experience is really negative and while I use SPRINT and I'm no fan, there is little incentive to change carriers. I hate the cell phone industry in general, I don't even want to see my bill because I know I'm being ripped off but have little recourse. I just wish someone, anyone in this industry would at least fake it and pretend to care about me and my business. read more

Went there a few days ago in the hopes of getting my man a new phone and switching off Verizon. Ended up with 2 new phones -(mine an iPhone 13 for free with trade in of my XR), my iPad line, free Netflix, and a smooth and easy transition. Shawn & Ruth were informative, personable, efficient, and got the job done. We'll save over $1500 a year with this Magenta plan. Goodbye Verizon and hello T-Mobile! read more

Terrible service. Sold effective phone . Still waiting over a week for replacement.. Staff not very knowledgeable & misleads about features, prices, etc.. Also they indifferent. Still waiting over a week for them to transfer my data to new phone because they have no internet service in the store as they say supposedly broken. read more

Terrible service.. wish I checked the reviews before I went.. We went in for a new sim card because my wife changed her phone and needed a different size sim card. The female employee grabbed a new sim card and put it in the phone without ever mentioning how much all this would cost us. Then she tells us to pay $25 for changing a sim card.. I told her I don't want it for that price cause its a ripoff.. she said I have to pay because she already put it in.. so why didn't she tell me before she did it! She kept claiming she did which is complete BS... and saying we have no option but to pay her.. read more

I was at the Lyndhurst TMobile store a few days ago, to purchase a new phone. Everyone that I dealt with, were very quick to offer me their assistance. I did not know much about phones, so told them that I needed a fast phone with lots of memory. They sold me a phone that was on sale, and I agreed to purchase. When I went home that night, my son was upset and wrote a totally inaccurate review on Yelp. This was a few days ago. My son, was completely wrong in doing so. I want to apologize to everyone in the store that I dealt with, as they all went above and beyond to help me, and were very courteous and professional. I want to thank them all for being patient with me and helping me with my phone purchase. I was able to go back with no issues at all, and return the phone that I myself chose. Decided to give this store a chance despite the three negative reviews because it is soooo close to my home. There were four people ahead of me and two people behind the counter, one of them the manager and the other a guy named Alex who had just transferred from another store. The customers ahead of me all made significant and asked lots of questions. I paid close attention to the customer/sales person interactions to see whether I should stay or run. Everything I saw and heard was customer relations at its best. Questions were answered politely and completely, and customers were not rushed. Everyone was thanked for their purchase and/or patience and encouraged to contact the store with any problems. Even though my purchase was pretty simple and straightforward, Alex gave me the same focused attention as the previous customers who had dropped big bucks. I would not hesitate to go back to this store and will recommend it to others. Hope you give them a try. read more
