When you are finally attended, they are unfriendly and incompetent - they are not able to answer simple questions and tell you to call customer service instead. Why have a physical store then? An embarrassment to the neighborhood and to the Latin community. Hire staff trained in customer service practices not just bodies who walk around doing nothing, killing time for a paycheck.

I just got service in Dec from Honest. I came back from a five week trip and had no internet upon my return. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service. I understand that they are less expensive than others, but I can't really deal with outages like this. If it happens one more time, I'll move on to a more reliable provider

I don't know what's worse; the fact that the guy showed up 2 hours late, the fact he was clearly on…read moresome type of drug or had a mental defect, the fact he was dismissive and talked over me even though I was merely repeating what customer service rep told me, the fact that he told me "that's why you don't have a man" when I told him to leave my home after he was being disrespectful, or the fact that he tried to physically assault me. I Sparta-kicked him and slammed the door in his face. Spectrum also billed me for service even tho I returned my equipment...and NEVER use Spectrum. Even while cancelling via the phone, they tried to sell me mobile services, that after being hung up on after waiting an hour on hold. One of the worst experiences ever.
