Everyone is super friendly and they make the walk in experience very easy. I wish the customer service on the phone was just as great or even close to what they offer in store. What a fantastic company! Found this company initially…read morethrough Craigslist and then went to their website which appears in the Craigslist ad. Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

Stopped over at this location recently to get a few things sorted account with my account and see…read morewhat my upgrade options were! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the staff and she made sure to clear some space so I felt comfortable sharing my account information and asking questions (no other customers/staff hovering around) which I appreciated. Usually for this type of thing I expect to be waiting at least 20-30 minutes just for basic paperwork and information to be taken care of but they had me in and out within 10 minutes which had to be a new record. Would definitely recommend, seems pretty spacious for the location as well.
