We visited this location for an upgrade. First off the staff didn't seem confident in their knowledge of the products and services offered by T Mobile, our first clue that we should have Just left and gone to the Waterford lakes location, like we usually do. Secondly after the girl who was assisting us had our phone for close to 15 minutes she says "what's this?" And proceeds to tell us the phone is damaged and another employee at the store I'm assuming a manager says yeah you need to file a claim with the insurance. My husband and I just left rather then argue, we knew the phone had not been damaged. We called T Mobile directly and thankfully they took care of us and helped us with our upgrade. Needless to say we won't be back to this location. read more

I switched from Android to iPhone... and maybe that was not the best thing to do at this point in my life, but there it is. I was wrong about this review initially. Nathanial scammed me on my phone case and screen protector. I was told in store I bought the iPhone today I would get a free phone case and screen protector. And I asked "is it really free??" And he responded yes. I found out actually no I have been paying on both of these items for months. It cost me 100 dollars I wouldn't have spent. He didn't specify ANY of this at all. I didn't even see it in the paper work. DONT go in store. Shop online. Such a scam artist. read more

Nice staff. No chairs or anywhere to sit. With long waits this seems absurd. I did the online "get in line" but in the store there is no checkin or any kind of acknowledgment that this service even exists. I waited for 45 minutes, standing and wandering through the small store until the one customer in front of me was finished. Avoid! Do it online. read more

This store is a disaster. The employees there have no ability to multitask and I was there well over an hour and they did not move one customer through during that time. If this was the only T-Mobile store in my area I would switch carriers just to avoid having to go into this store again read more

Do NOT shop here!!!! I went into this T-Mobile store and I was lied to!! I was guaranteed I would be able to upgrade and was offered many things and they didn't follow through! I went into the store several times to speak to the manager who they said was never there (even though I saw him as I was walking towards the store through the window) during my last visit I saw other disgruntled customers and a man that was on the verge of tears. He kept saying he was frustrated and was lied to. Which is a clear indication that I wasn't the only one this happened to. Stay away people, don't make the same mistake I did. As my husband and i were leaving we saw other potential customers leaving as they heard the other customer complaints. I also have social media pages with a little over 3 million followers. I'll make sure they know how T-Mobile treats their customers. What a shame! read more

This location has just opened... I usually go to the T-Mobile in Waterford Lakes (been going there for the past 12 years) but not anymore! These guys are so nice and if you do go here.. definitely ask Daniela for help. She is very nice and very knowledgeable of the process... she explains everything thoroughly...she doesn't try to sell you on JUMP! insurance and accessories... Thanks again Daniela! T-Mobile @ Alafaya Woods is now my go to spot for future upgrades. read more
