I rated this 5 stars only because I had an amazing person help me today! He was new and his name was Abraham!!! No one wanted to help me but Abraham!! Everyone looked away or went in the back room so beware when going to the Verizon store on Lockwood to buy a phone!! It might be convenient cause its close but manger and staff are so so!!! They don't go that extra mile. They really just wanna sell you a phone and that's about it!!! So if Abraham isn't there get out!!! He definitely has the right attitude!!!! read more

My daughter who was visiting from FSU in the Orlando area got her phone damaged. Thankfully, she went and saw Corey to get a replacement. While a damaged cell phone may not be a crisis to most of us, but when you are out of town and unable to communicate with your worried parents (us), its sorta a crisis! Corey was great with our daughter and communicated to me clearly what the plan was, and took a great deal of time to work the deal as best as he could and provide me with options, and was soon able to provide a replacement phone for her. Earlier in the week I had traveled and subsequently on my trip my phone malfunctioned. Unfortunately due to my trip timing I had to replace the device on my trip. The rep at the other Verizon location helped me to file an insurance claim and I paid out the lease on my phone to replace the device immediately. When the insurance replacement arrived, I went to my hometown Verizon store to add the replaced/refurbished phone to my plan as a prepaid option for my child. The rep reviewed my account throughly. As it turned out, by me upgrading my phone and paying out the balance of my old lease I qualified for the promotional BOGO on the iPhone 11. With this promotion it was not only going to put a "new" phone in my child's hands, but it was going to be cheaper than what I originally planned to do. They even took both his old phone and the replaced phone and provided credit for them. This transaction took less than 30 total minutes. The rep was professional, polite and saved me hundreds of dollars! I could not have asked for better service! This was my 3rd visit to this store in the past 12 months. Each time dealing with a different person, but each time the outcome was the same! Stellar service even during COVID-19. i swith to verizon 5 mont ago, i was promised to pay $325 plus tax a month, bills for the last 5 month between $600 to $1000. representative lie to me to get my business. i have being calling verizon to complain. they say taht i have to go back to the store because it was a retailer branch. but the building has a huge sign that says verizon. i open a complain with BBB. do not deal with retailers for verizon, liars!!! read more
