I responded that I didn't need the sarcasm but he said again. So I told him what to do and was told I was banned from the store. While waiting I asked the manager and "Tyler" if they would be satisfied with receiving the same service they were providing, which they did not respond to.

I think we've had Amherst for 6 years now. They were the first fiber optic internet in our area. I'm pretty sure I've only had to call them for help twice in those 6 years. Always pleasant and helpful. You always get a real local person who knows what they're doing. Had Charter at our previous home and it was horrible! Constantly had to reset it or spend 45 minutes on the phone who would be reading off a card or something trying to tell us how to fix the problem. With kids gaming, we had to pay the highest price for internet or it would be too slow. If we used too much we'd be in some really slow punitive mode. All crazy stuff. So glad to be done with Charter!

Not all the customer service people are friendly and helpful. One of them seems to pride herself on…read moreyelling at customers and making them leave there crying. I have never been treated so badly by a customer service person in all my life. Not all of the customer service people are this way though, so please consider who you talk with when doing business there.
