As a customer of T-mobile for over 15 years I went in to buy a new phone valued at over $1200. Entered the store to find I was the only customer along with 2 employees, neither employee would talk to me, they were busy talking and acted like I was not even in the store, when I finally asked them a question they gave me a short answer and it was clear they did not care if I bought a phone or not. I left and went to a competitor to buy the new phone I wanted. I cancelled my service with T-mobile over the phone to start new service with the new company then a few weeks later I see a charge on my debit account for another month of service from T-mobile even though I already canceled with them, called to find out why i'm being charged for a month of service I never used and was told that I canceled one day too late , I needed to cancel one day sooner to avoid the full 30 day charge, and that no one in the company could credit that charge back or make any changes due to the computer programing they were using. Really ??? a corporation worth MILLIONS needs to create weak underhanded rules to cheat the public out of $94.00 ??? Pathetic, needless to say I am done forever with this nonsense. read more

We have been waiting almost 2 weeks on new phones that we did online. We got a notice two days later said it was sent back. Me and my wife called and they said there was a mistake. The guy said he fixed it. It will be there in two days. We waited two more days and we both took time off so we can wait for our phones cause we had a signed form once again the phones are not there. They went back. We have tried and tried to get this resolved and T-Mobile has not done a very good job. I am going to switch phones and T-Mobile doesn't care about one customer, but there should be some accountability on this. read more

If you are unfamiliar with the process for upgrading your phone or are not too technical with phones, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Be aware, they do not care for any of your needs or problems. I desperately needed to get a new phone because my camera was no longer working, and I need to take pictures every so often for work. Took my phone in to upgrade it around 7 pm when they closed at 8 and i was told to leave as they did needed 2 hours for to transfer my data. As most of us do, I work a full time job between the hours of 9-6 making it hard for me to be able to get into the store after work 2 hours before they close and I need my phone during work hours for 2 factor authentication applications. When I finally managed to go over the weekend, I found out that the 2 hours they needed was a lie and they just didn't want to preform the service on the original day. I was able to purchase my new phone but once again got shewed away as they told me to just do the data transfer at home myself. To note, it only took 15 minutes to get the new phone so this could've been solved the first time I went into the store. I tried transferring the data myself but I was not as easy as they had lead me to believe since I did not have an ESIM previously installed on my old phone. Luckily T Mobile has a fantastic customer support line, which is not a robot, and helped me fully set up my phone. I have nothing but positives to say about the customer support line, but the actual workers in this store are awful and do not care about their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to the mobile to get two new phones. I had selected the phones at a West Jordan t mobile and they were out so we drove to Riverton where they claimed to have 2 4g phones in stock. I waited until the next representative was available and he was also a Spanish speaker. He first tried to push me off onto another representative who was still helping a customer because a Spanish speaking person came into the store and he appeared to not want to get the phones we had aside when we visited west Jordan location . I asked why he could not help me. Reluctantly he agreed to help and was quick and happy to push me off onto someone else even though we started working together. Michel took over and we started the process again. I explained what I was there for and he acknowledged my request. He asked for my ID after he had pulled up my account by my phone number so I gave it to him. After I asked if they get a lot of people who try to add phones and services to my account. He tried to rationalize the ID requirement but never answered my question so I pressed the question since customer care 611 never asks for my ID to make changes to my account. He got very defensive and opted to deny helping me. I asked for the manager who was a female and I forgot her name but it started with an M and dealt with the same rude ignorance that I did with Michel. She then asked me to leave. We had trouble transferring over a number and she called and was contingent on getting it over. She stood up for us and helped us through the whole process. I don't think there's a way to review T-Mobile as a company. Unfortunately, this just goes to the one store. This is the store I went to so you'll have to bear the brunt of my frustration. I went to the T-Mobile store with my girlfriend on Black Friday, her phone was in dire straights, but we were tight on money so rather than Xmas presents that year we decided to get new phones together and have that be enough. Her account didn't have the credit, hers is less than ideal. So I opened an account to transfer the lines and get the new phones. We called customer service and they said to run the credit in the store, so we did. Then when we go to actually move lines they can't find the new credit account that we JUST ran and we have the reference number. So we sit for 3.5 hours on hold to speak to the credit department because I won't let them run it again. Finally, we speak to the agent and he has the account. We've already released the lines so he pulls them all in and says we're good to go. We now start to switch to the new phones. GF's phone gets moved over, then they try to move mine. System locks up, I'm told there's nothing we can do. Sometimes when things get moved around too much the system seizes and we have to wait 12 hours for it to reset. After 9 hours in the store, we go home without phones and have to come back in the morning. We come back the next day and 2 hours later leave with our phones, immensely frustrated but life's hard sometimes. Fast forward to Jan 5th. I go to put gas in my car and it's declined. WTF, look at my statement and My credit card got hit for $850 dollars on top of my standard monthly bill, over-drafting my card and putting me in a bad position for upcoming bills. Lucky we have some cash and we're able to limp by but I have to get it sorted before the bills hit. I call in to see what in the actual F is going on and they tell me some of the devices didn't get transferred so I'm obligated to pay them all off immediately. In my nicest F you voice I explain "THIS IS NOT MY FAULT OR PROBLEM" if I had the money laying around I wouldn't have financed them in the first place. The T-Mobile rep on the phone says that they'll fix it, I should contest the charge and they can handle it on there end. He's going to escalate it to a specialist and she'll handle my account until it is resolved. Fast forward a few weeks ago. Jenn, the lady managing my account has been great to work with, and seems to be handling everything the best she can. We've been going back and forth weekly since Jan 5th, but when she tried to undo the BS that happened they tried to refund the charge that was already contested. So now their saying I owe them $850 again from the refund. Guess what, THERE'S NO F-ING REFUND ON MY ACCOUNT!! They naturally tell me I need to prove it. I get the email with all the hoops, Ref #, bank statements, proper team etc. They say I still owe. Jenn thinks there was an error so we reopen, escalate and send again, new ref #, updated bank statements, verify team, go. Fast forward to today Feb 14th, Happy Valentine's. Jenn calls and tells me they received my docs, they know I never got the money. BUT I'm still liable as their records show that a refund was posted. God I HATE T-MOBILE at this point. I spend the next 45 min getting the right info, to the right guy at Citi Bank while in a conference call with the T-Mobile rep. He says yeah we never gave him the money because we could see he contested it, it's already back to you. She says ok that's all we needed. I will recommend to everyone I meet to STAY AWAY!! Worst customer experience I've ever been through and I've had some doozies. Yesterday we spent close to $2000 on two S21 Galaxy's in Provo, Utah. Adam our sales person was fantastic. Took two hours with us to make sure everything was alright. Unfortunately, today we had some learning problems and went to the store in Riverton, Utah. We were met by Tony , who from the outset was rude towards us. He paid no attention to my wife;s needs and appeared bored with the help she needed. While she was looking at her phone to show him something, he walked away and was talking to another T-Mobile employee. In other words, he just walked off and left us standing alone at the counter. We received no customer service when going into the store. No one greeted us, and several customers who walked in after were helped while no one came to talk to us. When we tried to talk to an employee he ignored us. We waited for about 40 minutes before leaving. We were looking into buying a couple apple watches but sadly no one helped us. read more
