Safety was of no concern when we came here. Service is the problem. The manager Devon attempted to…read morerip my family off and we spent over two hours in store and on the phone getting it corrected. We went in to update our phones to the iPhone 12 Pro. Devon advised that we had to finance and turn in our phones. I couldn't buy them outright (which was untrue). We advised we only wanted two upgrades and wanted to keep our lines. Devon said that was fine and that this new plan he pitched would keep our costs even lower. We received the new phones within a week and turned in our old phones to Devon who advised he would send back to ATT . Our bill came in this past week and it was $259 more than our normal bill. We called customer service and discovered that Devon added two new lines to our plan without our knowing and we were one day out from being locked into these new lines. Wife went back to the store to get Devon to correct this issue. We ended up going to a different store to pay for the phones outright. Devon still had not sent our new phones in like he said he would -lucky for us. We retrieved our old phones. Wife ended up arguing with Devon for him to cancel the lines while on the phone with customer service. Customer service said they wouldn't remove the lines without Devon agreeing to doing it. Huge mess with multiple follow up calls to get this corrected. This store manager should not be trusted. We were lied to repeatedly and finally got the entire 259 back. Terrible experience. Will never return.

I retired 10 years ago, after teaching customer service for 25 years in the health care industry. My experience is that excellence is rarely seen or experienced. But I do recognize it and appreciate it when it does happen. 5 Stars? This takes going above and beyond a customer expectation. We purchased a laptop in October 2013, from PC Laptops' Sandy store. A large part of the sales pitch was their local service team. We had a problem with the laptop in late August 2014 and brought the computer into the Orem store. The service we initially received in Orem was worthy of one star. I rely heavily on my laptop and going more than a day or two creates tremendous problems. I left the store with my broken laptop in hand because I was uncertain if or when someone would even be able to look at my computer. Repair, if at all, seemed 7-10 days away. I decided to begin to pursue other options. This was not the service I was sold when I purchased the computer. PC Laptop management was made aware that we were not satisfied (because of the yelp* review) and that they fell short of the mark on customer service. That was when our experience changed. We were contacted by PC Laptop senior management. We were told that he was committed to turning our one star experience into a five star one. I had little doubt he would fall short of that goal. I was wrong. What is 5 star customer experience? I think if management can find a way to turn a negative experience into a truly positive one, they earned it. Senior management became involved in our problem. They called and reschedule a time for me to bring back my laptop and then hand walked us through the repairs, which were completed THE SAME DAY. Management not only found a way to turn the service experience completely around, they showed me that PC Laptops has a strong corporate culture of service to their customers that is truly rare. I became convinced that my single poor initial experience was an unusual one and one that this company simply finds unacceptable. So here is a five star "hats off" to PC Laptops for doing something I did not think could be done. They turned my one star service into a five star experience!

I was driving down the freeway when one of their trucks cut me off 3 times driving erratically…read more When I got off the exit, I tried to get around them to protect my 2 young children and myself and get away from them. I don't even think they noticed they cut me off. I never honked because I have worked on my road rage and now don't really get upset with others on the freeway. When we got off, as I moved into the other lane, he came into my lane and proceeded to honk at me because I was there. He then stopped 10-15 feet before the stop line to proceed to yell at me. I rolled down my window to tell him he came into me and then rolled it up to deescalate the situation, as there have been several shootings that started that way and I did not want to engage further to protect my children who were in the car with me. There were 4 men yelling at a mom and children. I would NEVER want people like that at my business, interacting with customers, or near my family. I am a partner in 2 businesses, and work on the PTA board, so we have had many signs, business cards and other things done. I'm shocked AG isn't interested in the SMB's and frustrated this response actually caused me more time and effort to complete my print job.
