Bad Apple had it in stock and didn't require an appointment, and since we're both busy this really helped. We were in and out in about an hour and the new battery works fine. No cancellation fees. No price hikes. Speeds always fast." This could not be more true. Other companies are kind of scammy and have a bunch of hidden stuff...not these guys! They are awesome! Since building my house and moving in, I have been in the biggest battle with companies to give me wifi. The city is rolling out fiber to everyone, which is causing a ton of issues for people who don't have fiber available to them yet. Essentially, companies will refuse to put wifi in because "one day I will probably have fiber". The company that rhymes with infinity was horrible to try to work with, my own cell phone carrier wouldn't help me, and the city couldn't care less either. It has been an extremely frustrating process. Wasatch Broadband was recommended to me from a friend. I reached out to Wasatch Broadband to see if they were willing to help get me wifi, but admittedly, my hopes were not that high. They responded to my text in a very timely manner and we went over the details. Y'all..these people were able to come to my house the next morning! They were there like 40 minutes early and there was a whole crew ready to work on my house. I am not entirely sure what they did but I magically have wifi in my house now. The prices are dang near unbeatable, especially for what you get. There was a whole crew that came to my house and they were all super respectful. I am so happy with the entire experience. I will be recommending Wasatch Broadband to everyone I know. I can't thank them enough!
