T-mobile on hylan blvd is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. They have handicapped parking but there are stairs, no ramp to get inside the store.

We all know what a pain it is to lose your phone, and especially if you haven't been diligent backing up your personal data. Well, this happened to my 90 year old Dad a couple of days ago. However, his misfortune was turned into a blessing when he met Ms Candace Gubnitsky, the Retail Associate Manager at this T-Mobile location. Ms Gubnitsky truly went above and beyond starting with replacing his phone (he didn't know he had insurance), and then went on to recover all his data (emails, texts, contact info, etc). This woman took a pretty crappy situation and made everything right, and did it with a smile and a wonderful personality. Based solely on my Dad's interaction with her, I cannot recommend this business more highly. Candace Gubnitsky is a credit to the T-Mobile organization. If you're looking for top level customer service from a cell provider, look no further than this T-Mobile location. Thank you Candace, for helping my Dad in his time of need. read more

When you look up the term "caring" in the dictionary, the staff of this store "pops" up! YOU CAN NOT GET A BETTER CREW OR TEAM! This entire store embodies the term "Team" and "caring about customers" more than any other business I've seen in a very long time! I lost my iPhone 8 Plus, and I felt sickened! I had no ones numbers or emails! My best friends of over 30 years could not be reached. My business was sufferin! But this team not only helped me, but solved ALL my problems. In 2 days time, they gave me a replacement phone with my number, and I got a new iPhone 8 Plus (GET THE INSURANCE)! And they restored all my numbers and apps. I've been a customer for a long time and every time I would have a problem these people would help me in the store and make any phone call to help me but today was not the case instead this sale person didn't he refuse to take the time to inspect my phone and refuse to get me the proper help.
