Very unprofessional didn't help at all doesn't have any training and on top of that I had to go to a whole different store because they didn't wanna call customer service to help them. We worked with a very kind, patient representative by the name of Scout. who was able to assist us with the setting up a new phone including transferring our valuable information from our old phone to the new phone. It was time consuming, yet Scout made it a positive experience for us. I've been to other Verizon locations but after today's experience moving forward, this will be the only Verizon store we will patronize, and recommend them highly. Scout was Great!! read more

I'm a Verizon customer and bought an iPhone at the store. Something that I was unaware of was how long it would take for the safe to open. Almost 20 minutes! Therefore it will take twenty minutes for them to tell you the phone is in stock or 20 for them to get the iPhone you ordered. I was at the Verizon Store for almost an hours just to pick up my new device. I understand the secure measures they take, however it was very long. read more

I went in to this store after speaking to a rep on the phone who told me what they would do for me. When I went in to the location I was talking to one associate. I expressed how I am disappointed that I was told one thing by one person and another by someone else. As I am speaking to the woman helping me the "manager " started being nasty to me. So I took my business elsewhere. Version lost a 4 year contract today. I bought a bunch of stuff with my new plan that I was trying to get with Verizon.instead I'll take my self somewhere else better business over at T mobile. Incredible how bad an experience could be. And, what blows my mind is they bragged about it. Wife went in to replace broken iPhone. She was told there was a security hold on the account and to come back in 24 hours. We did, and the hold was supposedly still there. 2 hours of frustration and they promised to give some extras for inconvenience. They put us aside for us. Called Verizon who stated there was no hold, or maybe there was, but nothing current. Asked them and the Verizon store how a security hold could be on the account without contacting us? No answer. Went in tonight and, low and behold, nothing was put aside. I explained that, while we may be understanding of a technical issue, we could not accept the fact that they could not keep the simplest of promises and that we waited almost 4 hours to not get satisfaction. The "salesman" said that they were the best store on SI and he has customers happy to wait 7 hours. Really! At AT&T, they lost business by thinking extremely poor customer service is great customer service. read more

Will never visit a Victra retailer again, the Sales Associate Sean is an absolute fraud. I placed an order online to swap my girlfriend's AT&T line over to my Verizon account to save a lot of money on cell phone bills. The plan was to pick up a new Galaxy S21 Ultra, trade in her phone for a $750 credit, use $70 device dollars I had on my account and get $150 off by adding a new line. She also wanted the $15 Total Mobile Protection to insure her new $1200 phone. Seems simple enough right? WRONG. When my girlfriend called the store to check on the status of her order, she was greeted by the manager, Julian. He explained that they don't have any S21s at the moment, but they'd be happy to go to another location and get it for her. How nice of them! So she then drives down Hylan and is met by the Sales Consultant Sean to help in the meantime. Here's the catch..."you have to cancel the order you placed online so we can reorder it." Then, Sean flat out LIES about a BS accessory rebate, claiming if she buys $100 worth of shitty screen protectors and charging cables, she'll get a $250 rebate! WOW! IT PAYS FOR ITSELF! JUST KIDDING, you don't need to buy the accessories for the rebate, it's just an offer you get for switching from another carrier, which btw we're giving you that instead of the $750 trade credit and the $150 discount. OH, and let's put on that $65 screen protector for your new phone and watch so you can't return it once you realized we ripped you off! Sean didn't forget about the insurance though, he claimed that Total Mobile Protection isn't available anymore and instead gave her "Verizon Protect"; the same exact thing but with a "Digital Secure" and "Call Filter" service for $17 instead! The funniest part about it is, if you go on the Verizon website or app, it actually says that some features of Verizon Protect aren't compatible with the phone!!! Victra, Sean is not an asset to your company, HE'S A LIABILITY. DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO THE VERIZON STORE ON RICHMOND AVE NEXT TO CITIBANK. They're a 100% Verizon store, not an "Authorized Retailer". I returned everything I could to the Hylan location the next day, paid 2 $35 restocking fees and received no refund on the $65 screen protectors THEY PUT ON. After that, I reordered what I ordered originally but this time picking up from the store on Richmond. No pushy sales pitch on the overpriced accessories, no deceiving practices trying to give you the impression of a better deal. Just a quick, 2 minute visit to pick up your order. read more

Horrible customer service, I purchased a screen protector with in store replacement warranty which I had done before and now they're telling me they can't change my screen protector in store even though A) I have the warranty. I was able to speak to Nicole Randazzo, general manager of Victra today. She was very pleasant and understanding of my feelings about the negative transaction I had over the weekend. She offered to make things right by personally assisting me at the store. I was offered the option to refund the phone or choose another one. No fees to be charged. I'm presently out of town but I will visit with Ms. Randazzo shortly to get the situation straightened out. Perhaps the person I dealt with over the weekend is not typical of the store employees. If the employees carry themselves as Ms. Randazzo does they will do much better. I'll post a final update once the matter has been closed. read more

This place is a complete mess!!! or possibly just the sales Rep Vinny. I upgraded on june 2nd and was charged 2x. It's now june 16th and still haven't gotten the refund for the accidental second charge. I was also told that my trade in value towards the phone was $800 and that I wouldn't be charged the upgrade fee on my next bill LIES!!!!!. I will be fighting this till I get what was promised to me. I have to say my dealings with Samantha A. the unkempt Verizon desk attendant made me regret ending my 20 year plus contract with AT&T. I walked in the store and was barely greeted by Samantha, she was spinning around on her chair behind the counter, as the entire store was in disarray. Samantha needed instruction at every step during what seemed like 50 steps to set up my phone and even called the wrong Verizon customer service number to assist in the transition. Inept and incompetent do not describe this apathetic employee. After she was only able to transfer the phone (a common transaction) with the assistance of her male manager who was extremely competent and customer service oriented, Samantha informed me there was a $56.00 charge for the "set up" for all "her assistance" in activating my new iPhone that I brought to the store. The overall experience was horrible; from not knowing processes, or how to insert a SIM card, to selling me a wrong phone case. I'm already on the verge of cancelling Verizon and running back to AT&T. This store's saving grace is the male manager. read more
