Scammers Alert My experience with T-Mobile in Totowa has been nothing but hell. When we first signed up and were helped by Jon Ramos ( Manager) He told us our bill was going to be $195 a month well, it's four months later and our bill has been $250 every month when I call up to have this fixed they keep giving me the runaround. Be weary of Mr.Jon Ramos T-Mobile he pulled the bait and switch trick. I will be calling Corporate to make a complaint about this employee Mr Jon Ramos is a scammer in my opinion. This place is horrible. This afternoon i went to this store to upgrade my phone to an Iphone16, and sales person took all my information, but didn't want to tell me if the color i wanted was in stock until he took my license and all info. After i told him i was not interested in switching plans, but only trading in my phone, the guy (African American) went to the back stock room and came back saying there were "NO" iphone 16 remainings. I had contacted Tmobile prior and they had indicated that they had all colors available at that store. This was frustrating because the sales person clearly lied to me as there is no shortage in iphone 16. I think he was just being lazy and didn't want to go through the 30min process that it takes to swap a line. Keep in mind there were 4 other sales person sitting around doing nothing as there were no customers in this store. I highly recommend you avoid this store. read more

Stopped in the day I got my iPhone 12 Pro Mac delivered. Wanted to make sure I properly transferred everything from my old phone over. Figured there would be a wait. Luckily not. I was helped right away. Keith helped ensure everything was transferred over and along with my Apple Watch. He was extremely patient. He said he had come from on ole TMobile store so he was knowledgeable about the company that has merged with Sprint. I was thankful that he was patient and helpful. Kudos to Keith! read more

They take money that is not owed to them. I got a phone for my grandson. His father passed away from Covid 2 years ago. 6 months into the phones warranty it stopped taking a charge. They sent me a replacement on a phone that is still under warranty. Since my phones are insured by American Express and not them they penalized me by charging me extra fees for the phone replacement. Be aware of this store, a bunch of con artists and liars. If I could give this store a -10 I would. NADEEM is extremely RUDE!!!! We have been having problems activating an unlocked phone for a week now and went through about 5 Sim cards. Nadeem greeted us in a very arrogant way, asked for my son's phone, while in his hand, he tossed it in the air. Next, he asked "mom do you have a driver's license" - I asked him why he needs it - he wasn't able to give me a clear answer as to why. Another associate came up to him with a sealed box, Nadeem used my driver's license to open the box. I questioned him why is he opening the box with it, he immediately threw my license on the desk and said "no, I'm not" He ruined the edges around the license. It is not about the license is that he lied to my face. After this, he proceeds to tell me that I not authorized to make any changes to the account. At this point, I was already fed up with his nasty attitude and left the store. No other associate stepped in to "calm" the situation. All they want is to new customers so they can earn a commission.
