Here is a news flash: optimum's equipment is sub-par, trouble shooting skills suck and everyone you contact seems to be located outside of the USA having a heavy accent that makes communication almost impossible. As of 11/11/2025, just spent 2-hours on the phone with no results. Now have to wait 2-days for the Tech to come again (third time this year). But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me.
