We then are able to get the refund for the 198 that I paid the night before they are able to cancel the order & re-order the phones & I had to pay another $199.31 it took until. 2/21/26 to get the refund of the $259.31 from the initial order & we still have not gotten the promotions applied to our order because those are still attached to the missing phones that for some reason there was a big issue with UPS or shipping because it wasn't just us. It was several other people that their phones were stolen during shipping or transit. but if the supervisor at the store on Friday the 13th wouldn't have told Mike that we had to do it online which come to find out was a lie that we could do it in the store then we wouldn't have had to go through any of this & we would've had our phones on the 13th not almost a week later.
