Your average stand-alone Tmobile store. They have more than the kiosks and seem to have better customer service too. Very clean, but not very much accessories to choose from. I upgraded my phone and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about phones and technology. He was not your average Apple fanboy. He kinda reminds me of the comic book guy from The Simpsons, except with phones lol. Anyways, smooth transaction, didn't try to sell me on any garbage and very professional. I would recommend this tmobile location out of the two in Wichita Falls lol. read more

Talked to them about a hot spot. Pretty quick in the conversation the sales person at Sam's in Wichita Falls, Texas ask me for my social security number. Which I quickly told her hell no. She replied back that if I gave her the last four numbers that would be sufficient and I did do this. After about 10 minutes of being asked questions so that I could get signed up - she ask for the first 5 numbers of my social security number. I once again told her hell no and promptly left after wasting 10-15 minutes trying to get signed up. I will never use t mobile for anything. Even if they took over all of the world wide cellular business - I guess I would do without a phone! read more

Employee took forever to help us with a new phone along with flirting with each other. Other employee that was nice helped many other customers without a problem. But the man helping us kept flirting with the girl working and was too busy helping her and not helping us. read more

I didn't catch her name, but the young lady that helped us out tonight provided phenomenal customer service. We had gone to the store at the mall first and the guy acted like we were bothering him. We have been T mobile customers for about 13 years. We have been considering switching companies because we get a discount with Verizon through my husband's company. I'm glad we decided to come to your store first. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just very friendly. Thanks to her we are sticking with T mobile! read more

This store is untrustworthy!!! This is not knocking T-Mobile, but instead this particular store. I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2004 and have been extremely happy with their service and assistance. For the record I live in CA and this store is in TX; to my disbelief this store offered assistance and even made changes to my account without my consent and disregarded the security features specific on my account to a total stranger who had only my number. No fake ID, no nothing; this person just had my number. Anytime I deal with T.M. I have to pass security questions I personally set up many years ago. Even when I call from the primary account mobile #, I have to pass the security features before they will assist me. This store blatantly violated my trust and their fiduciary duty with T-Mobile to protect customers. Do not trust this store! They will talk to anyone about your account!! I am working closely with T-mobile to make sure this doesn't happen again. read more

I was at this store today purchase a new phone and accessories and the African American store Manger comes out tells the employee he will be back never speaks to me and I am a customer in his store thought that was very rude and unprofessional almost made me leave and take my money else where you never no who is shopping in your store. read more

We had the worst experience ever with T-mobile and we were only with them less than 1month. We had decided to switch services and went to talk T-mobile and one of my husbands first question was about the service and coverage area especially in our area, we then gave the service rep both the address of our home and work and were told they had service at both locations but my husband would get better service if he bought the newer 5g phone. When we changed service to them we immediately started having dropped calls but my husband had surgery 2 days later so we couldn't do anything about it at that time and he didn't go back to work for several weeks only to find out that the phone service didn't even work at his job! So went back to the store we purchased phones and services only to feel like they were dismissing us and telling us to call customer care office and report it to technical support. Even after speaking with the manager finally and she says she will make calls and call us back that day which she didn't, we leave and do call technical support only to be told that 5g is not available in our City at this time and that they have had several complaints for his work location! And we have to go back to the store to return the phones because they can't do anything through customer care since we purchased in store. But they apologized but said that they should work with us under circumstances. Now we get back to store and back to same manager and tell her what technical service has told us and we just need to return phones and cancel service and we're still within the 30 days of our new account. Then things went downhill, yeah like it wasn't bad already, the manager is texting someone that she says is her district manager, and now says we cannot return the phones at all and will have to purchase them full price to get them unlocked, I thought my husband was going to have a heart attack! She listens to everything and tells us that she is sorry for the mistake by her employee and they will have to retrain him but it's a teachable moment. I'm like what at our expense! She tells us that it's out of her hands and that her district manager is in town, so my husband ask to speak to him since she can't do anything else, but when she texted him about talking to us, she comes back saying he would call us tomorrow, I said he is obviously free right now since you're texting him and my husband can't go another day without a phone at work so we need to talk to him now! Then supposedly he texted back to go ahead and return the phones. Now we do this and finish up and then the manager says you will get a final bill for the last few days but if you have any problems or questions don't bring it back to me I can't do anything about the bill. I sure hope that they don't try bill us for phones when they said they would return them! read more

We were ready to switch over from sprint and came in hoping to catch a great deal with tmobile. We were greeted immediately by Steven who helped us look through the available phones. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect phones and accessories for us. He went above and beyond and made me glad we chose to go with tmobile and went into this location. He seemed to know quite a bit about the services tmobile offered as well. He took the time to explain all the features, prices and the current promos offered. He explained to us what our monthly bills would be and what extra services we would benefit from. I'd highly recommend this store and their staff. Chris was also very friendly. read more

I received great and helpful customer service when I visited this location. They want their customers to be in the best financial situation, as well as having the lastest phone with excellent plans to choose from. I ended up having a higher down payment and deposit for phones and service due to my credit but, you know what? They still looked after me! They gave me some bill credits for a few months and a discount before swipping my card. I've never experienced such customer service from a cell phone company, they usually go after your money, the most expensive way but not them. I am a happy, loyal and beyond satisfied customer!
