Very disappointing experience. I went to Mobil Fix on Saturday to repair my broken iPhone case. I agreed to the price and was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I returned, the technician tried to pressure me into replacing the phone casing, even after I explained that I couldn't afford it at the moment. When I was ready to pay, I noticed a line down my screen that was not there when I handed over my phone. The technician insisted it was already there and became very agitated when I questioned it. The situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I ended up paying for the casing and a screen protector, but later realized the screen protector had been removed. Because I was with my daughter and didn't want to cause a scene, I chose not to go back inside. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and I would be cautious before doing business here. read more

Great costumer service fast pace employees yet they will take all the time u need them too

Go somewhere else!! Waited hours for someone to finish the sale of a new phone. My service plan was supposed to remain the same and they changed it anyway. Phone is not working properly after 4 months. The guys in the store played games regarding my interest in speaking with a supervisor. The 2 staff members wrote down their own names as the supervisor. I've put several hours into phone calls to t-mobile/Sprint and I still have a dysfunctional brand new phone. read more

My daughter walked in to get a phone case and I had EXTREMELY poor service. All my daughter needed was a phone case she had to wait 48 minutes cause she needed assistance. Instead when she went to get help they said she was underage and had to leave. I feel that they discriminate towards teenagers and I'm not a fan of that. read more

Waited 30 min to buy only a phone (no plan just a phone). Walked out with no phone because they were still with clients. Which is fine. But no one ask what I needed or possibly to come back later, next day , etc. I fact at the end I was asked to sit down because I was "in the middle" I assume of the room because they don't really have isles at this store. I almost never take the time to write reviews but since I've had to already take so much time with T-Mobile customer service (who did a great job) to fix all the issues that the store created I thought it was worth sharing. I went in to the store rather than switching online from AT&T because some of the offers didn't seem to go thru correctly online. My first clue should have been that only the "manager" Stephanie at least seemed to have a clue as to what to do, both the other workers that I encountered during my visits there seemed so confused and kept having to call Stephanie for basic issues. I was promised a particular price point and credits to be applied to my account, they couldn't show it to me on the system because it would only appear I was told after paying for everything (In retrospect this should have been my first warning sign). Will keep it short none of the credits came thru, the "manager" Stephanie gave me a number to call her if anything was needed except she never picks up or responds to message that I left for her, store line is always engaged. After several calls/chats with T-Mobile customer service I was finally get close to what was originally promised (although still paying more than the originally promised price point). I don't think it's a T-Mobile issue I feel the store in the Jefferson Valley mall is just sub par period. read more

This place stinks. Want bad customer service? Then come on over to T-mobile of the Jefferson Valley Mall. I would give 0 stars if I could. Hope you're sitting down because I have a long story for you. First, I walked in with my friend to look at phone cases, and this woman walked up to me and said that we had to leave because we needed to have an adult present. Let it be known that I was 14 at the time. Then my friend and I walked by and my friend whispered to me "go Verizon." Then around ten minutes later, we were in Spencer's which is across the hall. When we walked out, a t-mobile worker walked out and treated us like criminals, and state "you two need to stop or I'm getting security and have you guys kicked out." To which my friend responded with "I'm sorry" and I said "what did we do wrong" and he didn't answer. Considering we were extremely ticked off, we decided to go back and ask him what we did about 15 minutes later. Let it also be known that he is the manager, yet his employees were working at the store while he was chatting in lenscrafters when we returned. One of the employees was able to get his attention and have him come over to the store. My friend asked why did he get mad over something little. He was extremely rude and acted like we were airheads. He said to us pointing to the store "you see this. This is a business." Also bringing when my friend said "go Verizon." but changed her word and said Verizon is better. First of all, we're freaking teenagers. Who on earth would just up and change their mind to go to Verizon instead of t-mobile just because she said "go Verizon." He had some real anger issues, and probably freaked out on us because no one really shops in that store. Trust me if you want good service, just go to at&t down the hall.
