Long story short--we needed a new motherboard and power supply. He wound up returning to our house 3 times to get the job done, even during a snowstorm! His prices are very reasonable. Good, sincere kid. Fair prices, solid service. Did a good job on my iPhone and was very responsive when it looked like there might be a problem (false alarm). Then he did my iPad, and he snarfed the home button, which wasn't clear until he returned it to me. My 24 hour repair had taken 48 hours, I assume because he was trying hard to set it right. iPad is just barely usable. I have no doubt that if he could have fixed it via extra effort, or eating some extra parts cost, he would have, but he got boxed in with no good solution, and wasn't in a position to buy me a new iPad. There are risks that come with low price service, and I took it like a man, and don't blame him. But I'll use more experienced repair in the city next time...and remind everyone that bargains involve risks. read more

My phone kept shutting on and off so I called roaming repairs. He said He would have to see my device it to see the actual problem. So we met on Tuesday. He told me the problem. I gave him $40 for that first sessions and I was going to give him the rest on the 2nd session .The were 2 options he gave me .One was he could take it with him so he can fix it over night or we can see each other again in another day? I agreed on seeing him another day because I had work early morning and needed my alarm. He agreed to do it the next day. The next day he texted me while was at work and it was a busy shift saying he could fix my phone. I told him that I was available at 5.He agreed to that time .I texted him at 5 to let him know I was free .He told me that he was at a different area fixing another device and that he would come between 6-7 pm. I said "Okay that's fine just let me know that you are outside". Around 7 he texted me that he was outside .I was finishing cooking so I told him I'll be out in 5 minutes. I came out exactly 5 minutes to see that he wasn't there .I waited 30 mins to see that he was in fact not there. I was texting and calling him and it did not go through. So he has me blocked and my phone is still not fixed .If you are reading this .I want my money back!!!! read more

He fixed the screen on my daughter's iPhone X and replaced it with an Apple-brand screen for less than half the price Apple going to charge (and gave me the option of an even less expensive generic screen for less $ which I did not select but nice to have the choice).
