If I could give negative stars, I would. On July 31, I had 2 Verizon representatives come to my…read morehome, promising that if I went with them, my bill would be $175 a month. I have 3 lines, so that sounded good; but then I was told that I would need to put $250 down to get the deal... Being a disabled veteran, I told them I could not do it with my limited income; I wouldn't have money til the first... the representative immediately said, "If I can make it so that you would not have a bill for 2 months, can you do it...". I still had not paid ATT, so I thought about it and said I could make it work; and we made the deal, and the phones were to come in 2 days ... In less than a week, I received a bill for $296 I went to a store the next day the person in the store called customer service and told me there was nothing they could do ... I told them I wanted my old lines back and if they couldn't offer what was promised there is no way I can pay this bill at least til next month the guy was rude and said I would need to call customer service that they couldn't take them back...customer service, said I needed to go to the store. I told her Who do you think is making me call you? I wanna return these phones, then came to find out that instead of $175, my normal bill would be $223. I was even more eager to cancel, but all she wanted to do was sell me an added line. I finally had enough and told her, if I cannot get help with these phones, why would I want more from you" ... finally she did some research. She said she was going to escalate the case and promised that she thought she could get the deal for me but would need to call me the next day at 10. 10 o'clock the next day came and went so I called in the meantime I had tried to add my fiancée as an authorized user several times on the app and it didn't work the guy I spoke with, I was very clear I had tried and asked him to so that she could call and complain too after telling me he couldn't help me w either problem he told me to do it on the app very rudely so I hung up and went to a different store at that store I finally found a descent employee he knew he couldn't accomplish-anything so he called customer service and was frustrated that she was refusing to give any info about returning or even our transfer codes which he asked for several times finally I needed to go to work and nothing was resolved

They set it up for me after which I run over to Walmart to buy a case to protect it. When I'm putting it on the "new" phone I see that the display is defective with green lines running from top to bottom. I call immediately and they say they'll talk to their iPhone guy and get if figured out. I don't Hear back, so I come back in on Monday. They can't help me because they sold all their iphone 13's and they already sent the phone they took for trade in back to where ever they send it. They call Apple, explain what happened and set up an appointment to swap it out. apparently that's the Only way to get a new phone since they don't have and won't be getting any more 13's. So I drive And hour and a half and turns out Apple can't do that. They can only repair It since it was through t-mobile, but they can't fix it that day Anyway unless I leave my phone with them all day. I go back to T-Mobile and explain again. Their answer?..."Call this customer care number. They will send you a new phone directly, no cost, and then you ship you're phone back to them in a prepaid box." Fine...NOT! I can pay $100 plus a security deposit for them to swap it out, but it will be replaced with a "like new." So essentially they sold me a defective refurbished or returned device. Won't return my phone so I can go somewhere else, and isn't taking the blame or doing anything to make it right. They also charged me for their protection plan when I said no, and accidentally opened extra phone lines on my account that took a few days for them to finally fix. I asked if I would be charged for them. They said not to worry. It won't be very much since you canceled them. But I still paid the stupid activation fee for the bogus line. There were a few other things that were problemati that i won't go into, these were the major ones. But This has been a headache and a half! One problem after another! Upside? The people I worked with were very nice, but management or corporate, or policy or whatever is a load of crap!! And unfortunately I will tell everyone who asks to go somewhere else.
