I appreciated them coming out, communicating everything that needed to be told, and confirming the work prior to doing anything not on the estimate. If they read this, I hope that they know that my frustrations weren't aimed at them at all. They were great and I'd absolutely work with them again (just not with this company though). As far as the owner, she really needs to take an etiquette class because she is far from professional. One of her employees gave me an estimate that was far from accurate for the amount of work that had to be done. JP didn't even touch the limb that needed to be cut down because he knew that the amount I'd pay wouldn't be viable (I personally didn't know this since I'm not an arborist...that's what I contacted her company for because they're professionals, or so I thought -__-). JP got her on the phone to sort out the issue. I think he thought that she would reason with me since she sent someone out who doesn't quote properly. Nope! She basically made it seem like I was trying to get over on them...mind you...did I make the quote? Ummm no. I stayed as calm as I could with her while she keep throwing the blame at me and making it seem like they did nothing wrong.
