Read their response to my initial review to learn from my mistake, if you want a full service pedicure get the Organic Spa Pedi. So purely based on the services I received (and not my expectation) I update my review to a 5 star rating for quality, but was tempted to give a 4 for cost... Although I know Copenhagen is just a really pricey city, so I don't feel good about docking a start for cost. Just know it's a little more money than the average American pedi.

The atmosphere is nice and tranquil, with Buddhist and Hindu statues tastefully dotting the spa and the outside patio area immediately adjacent to it. Sumptuously appointed reclining chairs with colorful cushions face a large whirlpool spa with 3 different jet settings. And, the ceiling above the whirlpool spa is festooned with stars. Showers with multiple heads and dressing rooms are nearby, as well as a hot wooden steam room and sauna. Colorfully decorated massage rooms offer total privacy. Comfortable robes are available at the hotel's front desk to hotel guests for use during their stay. And, unlimited use of the spa facilities (minus spa treatments) is included in the price of lodging. It can't get much better than this. Everything is relaxing and soothing to the limbs. But perhaps the most unusual attraction is a bucket shower where ice cold water literally cascades onto the rope puller's head from a large wooden bucket perched directly overhead when a rope tied to the bucket is manually pulled to overturn and provide a cold drenching and a refreshing dunking between heat applications. Then, after a load of water is dropped, the bucket immediately rights itself and is automatically refilled. So, drenchings can be repeated if one happens to be in a masochistic mood. This is one fine spa!

I had a bad gel done at another salon and two separate people helped me take off the old ones and redo my nails. Also, they had great colors! They use CDC Shellac, which is an awesome brand. The owner helped me with my nails. She was incredibly friendly and we had great conversation about travel, Copenhagen, and life in America and Europe. I would definitely recommend going here for a more American salon experience! Also, it is conveniently located near Vesterport Station and across the street from Espresso House, if you want a quick coffee or bite to eat. Overall a great salon with a great experience.
