Then that all…read morechanged when she told me she would not continue care for my daughter without EOB'S because she did not know if she was being paid. Unfortunately AHCCCS does not give those. So after many hours and days on the phone with AHCCCS to no avail I still had no EOBS. It was so stressful!! Never in my life has a practitioner not taken care of their own billing. If she was unaware if she was being paid it is her responsibility per AHCCCS to contact them and find out not to put that on the patient. Then to top it off when I filled a complaint and AHCCCS called to speak to her about the issue she lied and did not even mention the EOB'S and refusal to see my daughter. Then when I switch practitioners Dr Leader decides she will hold my daughters medical records hostage unless I pay her $50! That is unheard of for a medical office.
