I had the very unfortunate experience of coming to this place and being turned away. Prior to leaving my home to head to their store, I called and asked if they would do shirts for me with my shirts and my materials. I was put on hold and then told that yes they would be able to do that. I informed the person who I talked to that I had my own metallic heat transfer vinyl (cricut brand) and asked if he was sure. He said yes, I got in my car and headed to their store. When I arrived, the older man, who I assumed was the father, was very short in his responses and did not seem to want to help me. He told me he wouldn't cut the vinyl because he doesn't know the thickness of the blade and what not. He told me he would only use his material. I understand if a beginner did not know the blade thickness of certain vinyl but I am quite sure this man knew. It seemed at that point he wanted to make more money off me by using his materials. Most places do not have metallic vinyls which is why I brought my own. Anyhow, I let him know that I called and was told that I would be able to get my shirt made. He just said he wouldn't cut it because he "didn't want problems", whaaaat? I called to confirm, it was confirmed, I drive 20 minutes, I get turned away... this man is overpriced and, from what it felt like, very greedy. He charge another customer $55 for a shirt. He charged him a $25 design fee... a design fee? It was preset letters (a font he already had in his computer) and an Instagram logo. He did not design anything. Poor kid got robbed and I think he didn't want to turn away because he was with a girl. He would've probably been embarrassed to tell this owner that his shirt costs too much. There are many printing companies out here folks, educate yourselves on how much this process should cost. I usually go to the man in Rio Rancho Swapmeet in Pomona, he does excellent work, he's fast, doesn't charge extra to create your design, and he's very good on price. Note to the owner, Perhaps you should stop being a shark and taking advantage of people. read more
