absolutely amazing customer service!! Came in on a Thursday needing a tote bag embroidered, got a really good quote of it being 20$. The man at the front said the bag would be available by the following Monday, I told him I was hoping to have the bag by Saturday to gift. After I told him he said that he would be able to have it ready by tomorrow to accommodate my needs. He was incredibly nice and helpful , and the quality was amazing. I told him how I wanted it and he was able to get me exactly what I wanted.

Logo Max Inc listened to what I wanted and executed my vision. They made a beautiful customized script for my canopy. I'm so thankful that Logo Max was able to give me what I wanted.

Last week I dropped off some hats to get embroidered for my business Just picked them up today and I have to say they came out INCREDIBLE! AVOID Logo Max if you need embroidery done correctly and on time. I ordered a graduation sash and provided clear instructions for the embroidery. Logo Max embroidered my sash incorrectly by swapping the placement of my name and major. When I contacted them, they admitted the mistake and told me that attempting to remove the embroidery would likely damage the sash, effectively ruining it. I live in Los Angeles and could not repeatedly travel back to Chino to correct a mistake that was not mine. Rather than taking responsibility for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by their error, they insisted I return to their shop despite knowing my scheduling limitations. Even more concerning was how they communicated once reimbursement was discussed. After I requested that any mailed check include tracking so both parties could verify delivery, I received aggressive and hostile emails from Riaz Deejay (images attached). These are not the kinds of responses customers should receive from a business owner when attempting to resolve a problem caused by the business itself. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Instead of professionalism, accountability, or customer service, I experienced hostility, personal attacks, and an unwillingness to take full responsibility for the consequences of their own mistake. If you are ordering something important, time-sensitive, or difficult to replace, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere. ALSO, if you're a recent grad, go somewhere that won't belittle you for your accomplishments! read more

I went this company for an embroidery fix. I work for a nonprofit and need something small. They did a great job on my fix, however he told me my small job was a "waste" of his time because it was so small. He was nice, but if my business is a wast of your time don't take it. If you have other jobs they are great and they are fast. They are nice. The comment left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I was very happy with the service that logo max provided. I went in to get my graduation sash embroidered. They did a great job! I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they spent time with me finding the perfect font that matched my reference photo. I was in a rush to have a name embroidered on a bath robe for a Christmas gift and, didn't think I would be able to find a place in the final few days before Christmas. Low and behold, I found this place through a Google search. I dealt with "Riaz", he was really helpful in assisting me with the size and placement of the name. I was overly surprised on how cheap it was and, how quick he was able to complete my order. Seriously, 1 hour! I dropped off my grad sash to get 4 areas embroidered. 3 areas were $20 and one area was $15. Total was $75+tax. I've called different embroidery shops as well as contacted some places via Yelp and they all quoted me 7-10 days or 2-3 weeks as turnaround time since we are getting into the busy grad season. Rancho Embroidery is super quick with their service: dropped off sash at 2:45pm, received text it was ready at 4:00pm and I arrived to pick it up at 4:45 pm just before they closed at 5:00pm. They do close on Tuesdays. Note that for greek letters, they only have one type of font available. The owner and his wife show you the sketch on the computer and then they will put tape on the sash to make placement of where you want the embroidery to be. I highly recommend them for rapid turnaround service!

Office supply store. Mixed feelings about Staples now. Throughout the years I feel like the stock…read moreand variety are less and less. There's way more product online but not shown in the store. So it's hard to me to look at paper or office supplies without touching them or getting their dimension. They do offer shipping and free returns but maybe it's because I'm old school and want to physically see and touch before I buy. New Pros: 1. Amazon returns processed here. You get your money credit right away plus you get a staples coupon as well 2. Passport photos taken here 3. Processing of TSA pre check can be applied here which is pretty convenient. 4. Electronic recycling available. Plus you can get bonus points for credits to use later on. Cons: 1. Less product online the floor 2. Items displays don't match the price tags. So you have to be ready to take a photo and show the staff when you check out. 3. Hard to find available staff to help you on the floor. Majority of staff is busy chi asking out or with processing Amazon returns.

I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. I was also on a time crunch and their communication was excellent. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the design before starting.
