I have learned over the years that deep tissue is very painful for me. I now ask for Swedish/relaxation massage and explain the reasons why. Too often, the massage is still too deep tissue and painful. I explained to Nanette about the type of pressure that I need and she got it exactly right. It wasn't too light or too deep. I was completely relaxed within fifteen minutes (sometimes I never relax during a massage due to the discomfort) and felt like a noodle by the time it was done. My only regret is that I can't see her regularly! I was down in Haines City for vacation.

In the lobby, they have products for sale. There is also water and tea. The Whisper Lounge is an excellent feature and I think all spas should have this. I went to a spa years ago in Miami that had a room like this and it was such a valuable amenity. I usually do not get to sit there more a couple of minutes but one day I'll go early so I can sit and relax! There are several services provided here, such as facials and massages. There is also a new salt sauna that you can use for an additional fee. I would love to do an entire spa day there but like most places, it seems almost impossible to be able to book everything in the same day due to schedule conflicts.
