I shutdown at your TA for the night on 4-30-26. I stopped by the subway inside to grab me a bite to eat. The black girl behind the counter must be new because she were talking through an ear piece or something while asking me what I wanted? The customer is your focus and whoever is in your earpiece should have been put on hold. That's just common courtesy when working with the public. Anyway, she asked me what I wanted. I replied and said a 6 inch cold cut on white. This girl grabbed wheat bread like wheat and white sound just alike. Then asked me again what type of sandwich. I said a 6 inch cold cut on white. Why am I repeating myself to someone who's distracted using her earpiece? She needs more customer service training. I mean some things are just plain out ridiculous and if she doesn't know how to deal with the public she needs to find another job. All of this happened between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 6p.m. Calling corporate Monday. By the way check your cameras it will show proof. It will show she pulled out bread i never asked for, etc. Play outside of work not with your customers who aren't playing with you. All of that wasn't called for. Do better. read more

excellent service. Dealt with miss Phyllis and she was so kind and patient. Not all of the staff was but she was. A large woman in the customers svc area was very rude and demeening towards her and other customers in the room. Clearly miss phyllis was newer but eager to get me the answers I needed. read more

In inside was very clean and is connected to a IHOP. The bathrooms were clean and the store had a lot of snacks. The snacks were pricey. It was an easy place to get to off of I-75. The more interesting thing I saw was a truckers chapel in the parking lot. That's a new one for me. read more

If I could have given no stars I would have.  I paid $23 to park at this TA.  I put my receipt in the windshield as I was instructed to do.  As I was sitting in my truck I got a loud banging on my sleeper.  My dog jumped and started barking and I looked out to find some strange man in an orange shirt and jeans asking me to quiet my dog down.  I ask what he wants. He asked if I wanted to spend the night.  An odd question from someone I don't know. I asked him what he was asking me and again he said do you want to spend the night?  I said go away!  Then he said you have to pay for parking.  I'm rather upset at this point because he had no uniform and he didn't say he was with TA.  I told him I already did and pointed to the receipt in the windshield.  He said he needed to see it and I said no, check your list.  He said he didn't see my truck on his list.  He asked why I wouldn't show it to him and I just told him because I'm an A******!  the real reason was I still didn't know who this guy really was and I wasn't going to give my receipt to some person I didn't know.  Then he turned his list over and said he sees it now.  What can I say, he didn't know he had to turn his list over?   About half an hour later I went into the store to make a purchase.  I ask the cashier what the deal is with the parking man.  He has no indication he is with TA.  She says we don't have uniforms, but you have to pay to park there.  Did you pay?  I said yes I paid $23 for parking.  The question is why is this guy in just plain clothes walking up to people in the dark with no indication he works here.  She says you have to pay to park there.  I guess she figured I didn't get the concept, even though I had paid.  She said if I paid it wouldn't have been an issue.  Again, I have the receipt.  I told her he was lucky I didn't let my dog out.  She replied saying I was now threatening their employees. A threat is a future act and how was I supposed to know this guy was a TA employee.  Saying someone is lucky something didn't happen in the past, isn't a threat in any context I know of.  The cashier tells me I can talk to the manager on Monday.  This was Saturday night.  Then the cashier goes to help other customers and ignores my purchase.  I ask her if she is going to ring up my purchase and she says I have other customers to take care of. She finishes up with the other customers and rings up my sale.  I ask her again, so how do I know the guy knocking on my door at night is your employee?  She says you can talk to the manager on Monday and tells me I need to leave.  I guess she had enough of the silly questions about not knowing who the employees were even though they looked like everybody else.   I head back to my truck, close my curtains and begin to watch TV.  About 30 minutes later I get a knock on my door and it's the police.  Butts County Sheriff's dept to be exact.  The Sgt tells me I need to leave the property.  I ask why I have to leave.  He says TA doesn't want me on their property.  I asked what I did and he says they said I threatened them and they have a witness.  I guess that mention of being lucky I didn't let my dog out was just too much for the cashier to process.  It was never meant as a threat, but it seems pointing out the risks of their incompetence is just as bad to them.  I told the Sgt that the spot was paid for and since I'm not doing anything illegal,  they have no authority to remove me.  Apparently the laws are different in GA than they are in California, or the education of the officers in GA is substandard to CA.  But since I don't have bail money right now, I'm not going to argue it and I just complied and left as quickly as I could.  .The police refused to listen to me at all.  I was not allowed to explain the situation.  I was just going to leave and that was it.  Sounds to me like someone is a little close to someone in the TA.  The Sgt was annoyed that I was having trouble maneuvering around all the now illegally parked trucks in reverse.  He even told me to hurry up at one point.  Something very inappropriate since I'm the one liable if I hit anything.  When I pulled up the third time, the Sgt attempted to open my door, but it was locked.  I have no idea what he was planning to do, but I have a feeling it was not legal.   So in conclusion, I paid for a spot, I put up my receipt, I was on the list of trucks that paid for parking (even though the parking man didn't know he had two sides to his list), Then when I question why I am being asked if I would like to spend the night by a strange man, I get kicked out by the police because I am threat.   Great job Jackson TA.  You are officially the worst TA I have ever done business with.  The TA in Atlanta was my worst experience, but you have risen to the occasion by being absolutely the most incompetent and least safety minded TA I have ever experienced.  I will be sure to recommend you to no one and ensure everyone I engage with knows you throw people out read more

Came here at 3pm to get a simple oil change didn't get called to a bay until 6 even though nobody was waiting went to go eat and watch tv 45 mins later come out to see they just started working on my truck its now 10pm and my truck is still not finished what made it even worse the guy working on my truck took my air cab filter out with oil on his hands and told me they don't have my size in stock why could u take it out if u dont have it in the first place worst service dont waste ur time and money read more

I stayed last night in this TA before I parked I filled both the tanks after I parked I went to take a shower. I went to the counter to get team shower slip there was no one at the counter so I waited. Finally a lady came in with her the disgusting breeze of marijuana followed her. She gave us the slip and told us to print out another slip from the computer well we did now we had three shower slips. So I asked her to void one so I don't loose any points she told me she can't with an attitude. I didn't let this bother me took shower then went to the truck and slept. Next morning I woke up and find out the file gage is showing half empty. Some stole fuel during the night. So we went to ask the person at the counter she said talk to the security security hard actually yelled at us and didn't wanted to help. I mean that guy wanted to hit us for complaining. Crazy!!!!! Bunch of ....... @truckers watch out there is a guy in the orange track suit asking for money. At night day even knock the door. The place is shady I think they all are involved employee and security. 458 dollars worth of fuel was stolen no one wants to talk or do anything about it. read more

Fantastic place to stop! The showers are large and clean and the help was fantastic! Ate the breakfast buffet and it was to die for! Our waitress was Bailey sorry if I am spelling it wrong, she was absolutely delightful we wanted to stay just to BS to her some more but had to leave ! Definitely will stop back if anything just to see her! read more
