The lady was so rude when we pulled up to literally see if they had pickle juice and salt bc I had the worst headache and it was icy and not a lot of places to park. so we parked close to the entrance so that I could run in really quick and see if they had it nd she was so rude and unprofessional. This woman was an older black lady I don't know of what decent she had long red braids and glasses. (Describing her so u know who I'm talking about.). I would never come here bc of her. Friendly staff when it came to the additional restaurants attached(Taco Bell/Burger King) , lines are not on the showers and now I see why. The pictures will show you why! They do not answer the stores phones. Heads up they do not offer printing services. Has a barber shop on the inside. I will say this plenty of truck parking. Had the worst fast food experience of my life at this Taco Bell. Stood for about 10 minutes at the counter and all three employees looked me straight in the eye and completely ignored me. I felt absolutely unwanted. If it hadn't been for the fact that there was nothing else around there that my wife wanted to eat I would have turned around and walked out but I waited it out. When I finally got to order I had a special request which wasn't that special but they had to call the manager over and the manager rolled her eyes at us and went "pssshh" and walked away. I've never been so disrespected in any eating establishment in my life. When I finally got to order it turned out the soft taco supreme was $4.29. The price on the website is $2.79. We were almost double charged for our food. Two tacos and a crunchwrap supreme cost us $16! Absolutely outrageous. The food was decent. I can give them that but the rest of the experience was absolutely horrific. I will never return. read more

People in restaurant are moving backwards horsing around while customers wait. service advisors hardly have a pulse. Tire tech put a used tire on trailer with a nail smack dab in the middle of it. Aired it up, charged me and released it to me. Never checked the tire, never dunk tested it.. how is your profession a tire tech and you don't inspect the tire for a nail before you put it on, never mind dunk test it. The only reason I go to these garbage places is because the owner of the trucks tells me to. Mechanics at other locations forget to place hose clamps on coolant lines and place the radiator cap back on. I only stop at T/A when I have to. read more

This place has everything! It is actually a truck stop and between the front part that is a convenience store and the back part that is a full service truck stop, they are pretty well prepared to stock you up and send you on down the road to your next stop. The staff is always friendly no matter what time of day I have been there and no matter how busy they are. And, they stay pretty busy because ANYTIME I have been there. read more

The guy who did my PM for my 18 wheeler was very knowledgeable took his time did his" job. The cashier Lakeshia needs to get her attitude adjusted she is rude I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to pay for my PM. Lakeshia has taken all my information she ran into a problem had to call to ask the tech a question. I am waiting she said come on . I asked her did she have the total she asked me do I have the money. Lakeshia was slower than molasses on a hot summer day. I would rate her attitude a negative ten. The tech I would give him a 10. Have to pay to park and lot fills up overnight and most drivers park in the fire lane and create a horrible bottle kneck in the morning. No skillet restaurant and just a BK, Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Express. Always a wait on showers and shop has more business they can handle even though they aren't very customer friendly. WiFi in parking lot is slow and can't handle video streaming. Also a lot of people begging for money which can be frustrating when they knock on your door at 1am. I like the TA in Terrell a lot better but if you have to deliver in Dallas your don't have much options. read more

I'd rather park here than the J. Not thrilled with showers at all, they are on the older side. The employees in the food court are not very friendly, especially the Pizza Hut, today around lunch time, I got so much attitude from the girl because I did not want cheese on my veggie pizza. Easy on and off I-20, and the service at the Burger King was polite if a little bit slow. Bathroom was clean for a highway stop.

Trucker should avoid this place unless you are just looking to burn some hours and even then there are lots of better service centers to kill time at. Service people just wander around the bay and play with thier phones while drivers are waiting for service. read more

BEWARE...Terrible place to have your semi serviced. I took my truck here for an oil change at 12 pm and at 7:45pm they started working on my vehicle, at 9pm I was advised that something went wrong and somehow they got air in my gas line its now 10pm and they have not resolved the issue that they created on my vehicle at I have to hit the road by 12am. So while waiting on a shower this morning I decide to go ask the guy who runs a knife sharpening stand in the truck stop how much it would be to sharpen my pocket knife. He says $5, and I hand him my knife. He then proceeded to sharpen my knife. I said a knife is no good unless it's sharp. He goes well it will be sharp when I get done with it with nothing but attitude. When he was done sharpening it he throws the $7 I just handed to him, and tells me not to fucking come back, and he hopes I die. He stated he is dying next week, and wants me to die before him. I had put my cell phone on his counter prior to giving him my knife to sharpen. In the abruptness of the escalating scene he was causing I inadvertently left my cell phone on his counter. When I realized my cell phone was not on my persons I returned to his counter to enquirer as to where my cell phone was. He stated he had not seen a cell phone, and suggested I call the police if I needed help. Another customer walking by called my number to see it it would ring, but it didn't. I walked to the bathroom to insure it wasn't there. Even though I knew the man who ran the knife vending had it. Another customer witnessed the old man who runs the knife vending walk out from behind his counter, and place my phone on the floor just to the side of his counter. I noticed this upon walking back by the counter. I told the man he was a thief, and then he chased me out into the parking lot yelling at me that I had better run. I didn't run, and told him he had better not touch me. read more
