Hill Cigar Co has been a stopping spot for me for quite a while. I guess I've just never reviewed…read moreit. Each visit I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They allow you to walk around browsing and after you've been there a minute, inquire if it you would like help. They don't hover, yet are available should you have a need or question. The space is accommodating as well. There's both indoor and outdoor smoking lounge and a small kitchen of glasses should you BYOB. Pricing is aligned with what you'd expect for your products and they offer military discounts. Follow them on Facebook for event happenings!

They also sold loose tobacco and smoking accessories! Along with that they had indoor and outdoor locations to smoke cigars you've purchased. The gals working there were super friendly and helpful by answering all our questions we had! I also loved that the entire staff is all women! When we checked out they gave us coupons for buy one get one of their pick, so we came back the next day and did just that! They had a very wide variety of prices on the cigars as well, you could get them single or by the box! They also have a stack of empty cigar boxes that are free to anyone, she said I could have as many as I'd like so I picked out 3 to use for some crafts at home! Next time we're in town we will definitely go back!

Easily the best dispo in STL! Prices are unbeatable. Bud is fuego. Deals/discounts are crazy. And…read morethey treat their veterans nicely. I once ran into a woman wearing a Kind Goods sweater and I commented on it, telling her that was the dispo i used. She ended up being one of the owners and she took down my account info and gifted me $100 in rewards that same night. Also, they have a drive thru so you don't even need to get out of the car if you don't want to if you place an online order. I've tried many other dispos here in STL and I've left all of them thinking Kind Goods was just better. Highly-recommend going.

Their payment terminal works as an ATM, not a regular debit card reader like you'd use at most…read morestores. That's an important difference that I don't think is made clear enough to customers. My purchase was about $25. The terminal increased it to about $29 and some change, then rounded it up to $30, which is what my receipt showed. After checking my bank account, I found I had also been charged an additional $3.50 atm fee and a separate $2.50 ATM fee, bringing my total to around $36. My biggest issue is that customers should be clearly told before they pay that they're using an ATM, not a standard debit card payment system like you'd use at Walmart or most other retailers. That way, customers know they may be charged ATM-related fees in addition to the amount shown on the receipt. When you walk into the store, there's already a separate ATM in the corner, so it's natural to assume the card terminal at the register is just a normal debit card reader. Instead of customers finding out after checking their bank account and then being told, "That's just how it works," and "That's your bank's fault," I think Kind Goods should clearly explain this on its website, at the register, and before the transaction is completed. That would prevent confusion and help customers decide whether they'd rather pay with cash. If you're planning to shop here, I recommend bringing cash or asking for a complete breakdown of all charges before paying so there are no surprises when the amount shown on your receipt doesn't match the total amount withdrawn from your bank account.
