The tech who took my call was knowledgeable and asked better questions than the chat at Samsung had. He proceeded to order the part needed when he found they didn't have it in order. Tuesday morning when I called back to check he assured me the part was expected in later that day. Due to me having misremembered my VoIP phone number he was unable to reach me Tuesday afternoon when the part came in. I called back Wednesday around noon and was told to come in any time and that it would take about two hours to complete the repair. I got there around 2:20 and left my phone. I came back to the shop a little over an hour and a half later and only had to wait about 10 minutes for them to confirm the glue had set completely on the phone (new phones need to be taken apart and glued shut again. Talk about making them difficult to repair) . All this for the reasonable fee of 67.84 which included tax. And get this, they include a full year warrantee on the part replaced!! I would recommend this service to friends anytime! Note: you do need to look for the entrance at 273 rue Ste. Catherine O as it is a door to a second floor office/shop location that you will need to be "buzzed" into. Even with my bad knees I feel the stairs up were worth the effort.

The tailor assured me the fabric was hugely expensive wool. I told him I'd want to get the coat cleaned first to make sure it would look good, and he told me not to worry; he was going to take care of everything. When I asked if he was sure, he told me "Please, I'm here 30 years..." Well, when I got the coat back, looked like it had been sewn by a student, and it was just as unclean as it had been when I dropped it off. I brought it to a dry cleaner and the stains, as I suspected, could not be lifted. Also, the coat wasn't wool. The shop needs more craftsmanship and less con. I wouldn't go back there to hem a pair of Levi's, let alone trust them with anything of value.
